Doctor Kreider has been our pediatrician for several years. He is a good doctor who cares about his patients. His staff is polite and friendly.

Our appt was at 3:15. It is 4 o'clock and we are still waiting. Place is packed and hot. Kids are running wild. Never again.

I would not recommend this office even if they were the only office left in the state of Georgia. The medical assistant is rude and very unprofessional. You can’t ever reach anyone, the office hours are limited, and half of the time the office is closed on days and times it should be open. This office should be closed down.

Its a good place, the nurses are nice same as the doctor. Only problem is that the waiting times are quiet lengthy. Unless you are a VERY patient person, I do not recommend. But other than that its a great doctors office.

I recommend Dr Kreider for anyone that want a doctor that care and treat your children. He very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. I know from experience he treated all of my children as well as myself as a child. I highly recommend him.

Do not waste your time at this office. Do yourself and your child a favor and take him or her somewhere else! Absolutely terrible!

My daughter was seen by Dr. Kreider in May of 2018 at Piedmont Henry. Was charged cool paid off the rest of my bill in June 2019 so a few days ago I see a charge on my card from this office. I call today and they tell me they haven’t batched any of there payments for 6 months so they did it on 12/30 for the end of the year. These people didn’t even bother to inform anyone. Very inconvenient the person on the phone was rude about it stating she was the only one in the office and hadn’t even had time to call. Glad I do not go to the office because they were rude since the beginning when I tried to pay them. You can’t just take anyone’s money 6 months later that’s why I paid in June. The staff does not answer the phones and when you visit the office they are not doing anything for them to not be able to answer. Dr. Kreider act as if he can not control the babies when he is viewing them. I am pretty sure he is well informed that is office is HORRIBLE. He need to hire new employees and for himself he need to hire another doctor that is more upbeat that can actually handle young kids and babies. Ok. Now. This doctor's offiice was kind of funny to me. The nurse here told me to put petroleum jelly ALL OVER my baby skin. Also, the waiting room space was so small for me personally that I felt like my kids and I would definitely get infected by other sick ppl no matter where I sit in. Doctor Kreider was o.k. it is just that he is really old and seemed not so able to hear me or he just stubborn enough to not listen to the ppl opinion. Also he was too rough with my baby. Front desk people are very nice. The waiting room is DISGUSTING. If you have no choice but this place, make sure you bring hand sanitizer with you. Especially if you have a newborn, like I did. The doctor doesn’t seem like he cares and he gave me terrible advice. EDIT/UPDATE: They charged me 300$ just now. I haven’t been here since September. (3 months ago) I transferred to a new doctor. No reason to charge me this amount not even a NOTICE about it! Very unprofessional! Would give zero stars if I could.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but when it comes to my son mama bear comes out. This is the worst pediatrician we’ve ever used. Their hours are extremely inconvenient, the staff will NOT answer the phone and when you are able to get someone on the line they are unhelpful. We waited 2 1/2 hours for a checkup that lasted 15 minutes. They also refuse to refund our payment for medical records that they will not give us. Zero stars if I could. Dr. Kreisler , over the years has been an excellent doctor!! But the staff is unacceptable !! I took my sick child to his office after going to the ER the night before, being to at the ER that my child has the Flu, I was up with her all night wit a temp of 102-103 , she had a temp while in his office, and had been throwing up green mucus which is clearly a sign of infection! My child was refused service for a copayment!! The copayment was due to them calling my daughter in for a wellness check, for some list that amerigroup sends them to call patients in, so we went in for the visit, not knowing that the amerigroup wasn’t active, ( thinking they verified that the insurance was active which is why we were called in).. This is the most awful doctor's office I have ever had to deal with. The staff is short with you. The doctor doesn't not want you to bring in your child if their sick. It's hard to get medications refilled when needed. They have very weird hours of business. And when I asked them to transfer my children's medical records to another pediatricians office I was told there would be a $20 per child transfer fee for the medical records. Disgusted right now with their level of carelessness. My son has been coming here since he was a newborn and now he’s 4 and we never had any issues even when the doctor was sick and we had to adjust to their time and schedule. We never missed a payment or owe them any money. So it was without a doubt we were going to go with Dr. Kreider again. We told the staff 2 months ago that our daughter will be a new patient. We came today and the front desk was rude and told us we needed to have a social or pay out of pocket. We can’t add our daughter unless they have a social security # . The way they handled the whole situation was rude we were treated like they didn’t care. I like doctor Kreider but the whole front desk needs to be gone. At this point I’ll rather pay out of pocket at another pediatrician. Update review We ended up at the ER with our 3 days old baby daughter the same day. Thank God for our new pediatrician. I was a patient of Dr. Kreider when I was a chid. Now I bring my kids to him. He is a knowledgeable and gentle doctor. He is to the point and no kissy-face. He has a new staff and they all were cordial and polite to me and my children. I stroke a conversation with the lady sitting next to me in the waiting area. She had two little girls with her. She mentioned to me how grateful she was that Dr. Kreider was able to diagnosed one of her daughters with a rare blood disease and saved her life. Kudos for Dr. Kreider! Most of the time they are busy because they don't t take appointments for sick kids. So when my kids are sick I bring them to him instead of going to the er and wait for hours and hours. Ive been coming here for years. I notice that the staff has changed up alot. My kids had a 9:30 am appointment. Well we didnt get called back until 10:40, accessed by the nurses and put in a room. Its now 11:39, we FINALLY LEAVING!

They are never open when we call and need them and on several occasions we had appointments and sat for 3 hours only to have to reschedule. People were there long before us and walked out because of it. We also refused the Hep b shot at birth because we decided to wait until she was at least 30 days old. At 4 weeks we went back in for it and they had documented in her papers that she already had the shot when she hadn't. Big no no. 07/May/18: My daughter was a patient of Dr. Kreider's for approx. 17-18yrs. Dr. Kreider is a great physician, but I can't say the same for his office staff. There has been a major decline with his front office staff over the years. They are totally incompetent! I have been trying to get a college immunization form completed for nearly 2 weeks!! Something this menial should be a 24 hr turn around. I've called several times to inquire about it's readiness. Most calls bounce to the pre-recorded answering service. If I actually reach someone (Franesha) I am placed on hold for nearly 20 minutes, only to be told the document still isn't ready. These records are holding up finalization for my daughters college requirements. I don't understand why this is taking so long. Very unprofessional staff who have no regard for the importance of requests sent over. I wish someone else had her immunization records so that I didn't have to deal with these people. 09/May/18: DAY 12 AND WHITNEY (NURSE) STILL DOESN'T HAVE THE FORM COMPLETED. THIS IS THE WORST OFFICE STAFF ON THE PLANET. Not open enough hours in the day, only 3 hours? And then it switches from morning hours to afternoon hours every other day... Very confusing for any new comers

My son has been going here for 4 years, and we have never had a problem until yesterday. My son has bronchitis and needed a refill on his medicine. I spoke with Franesha, who is the front desk receptionists. Her customer service is absolutely deplorable. I called a total of 3 times, to see if my sons medicine was called in, and was told yes. After calling CVS a total of 4 times I was told nothing was called in. I called back to the office and was told all refills are called in when the business closes. Long story short, the prescription was never called in. Will be calling again today as well as going up there. You can not play with a child's health like this!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be finding my son a new dr!!!! I love dr.kreider and hate that hes sick. Iv bee here 3 hours and still havnt seen the dr. Filling in for him!!!!

He's not a bad doctor. The wait times so are ridiculously long. Every time I come here I wait 2-3 hours after my appointment time. If it doesn't improve ill be moving my baby to a different doctor.

My children have gone here for years and some things were overlooked because of the convenience. Today was the last straw. There was a two hour wait to be seen and then only one of their prescriptions was called in so now I have to play the "phone game" with their office tomorrow to have the other one called in. The environment is far from customer friendly as well. I had to edit my initial review and remove a star because after going to pick up the prescription for only one of my two children, only half of hers was called in. I truly doubt I ever get through on the phone to get the rest of their medicine needed for their sinus infections. If it were possible to give zero stars I would, I absolutely hate this doctors office I literally have nothing positive to say. The staff is rude the doctor himself is condescending and rude. The hours oh goodness they are awful! What pediatricians office opens at 9 rather than 8 am, Thursday and Fridays they close at 12 so if you are not in the office by10:30a they will not see you. Once upon a time Dr.Kreider had the best staff a family could ask for. These people now are horrible but I've seen them come and go. Had been going there with my 3 kids for 11 years and all of a sudden the lady refuses to let the doctor see my child because we owe $30. Which was from a year and a half ago, also the last time my child was seen in the office. Somehow his appointment mysteriously got erased out of the system as well. I truly wanted to do no stars but I had to put something!!! I never wanted to do a review on Dr. Kreider office before but today I just have to. I went into the office on 9/10/16 at 12p.m a hour before they close. My children are sick with a cold so instead of sitting in the ER all day I took them to their normal Doctor office. My children has been going here since they were newborns. I talked to my husband about switching their Doctor in the pass but we decided not to because they are familiar with Dr. Kreider and his staff. My kids have came for immunization shots and they didn't have all the shots in stock. The other staff is a little to urban and I also over heard the ladies talking about the Doctor bad in the pass. My son was getting his 9 month well-care checkup and the urine bag was left on him. I didn't notice it until I went home.. Dr. Kreider is a ok Doctor but I truly believe he don't know what he be talking about at times. The staff also made that clear that he doesn't. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here!! I've been going here since i was born, im 18 now! never have had an issue, they're so nice up there

I highly recommend Dr. Kreider. He is an amazing doctor, knowledgeable in his field. He is the only one I trust to care for my child.

Dr. Kreider has been with my kids for over 20 years. He is well seasoned on every issue you can think of. Not only with my kids. He gives free advice for parents at my gym. He's a great MD!!

Dr Kreider has been performing exams for the past 4-5 years on our pediatric patients. All of the kids & parents love him because of his gentle & kind bedside manner! Since making some much needed changes in staff personnel, Dr. Kreider's office has been exceptional. This new staff is a breathe of fresh air while Dr. Kreider continues to provides outstanding and insightful care to my children. I haven't felt rushed or ignored. Dr. Kreider takes the time to really listen and understand what's going on. The staff is warm and inviting without a lot of drama or negative energy. My kids love them. Shouldn't even get one star but have to put something. Dr Kreider is an awesome doctor and he has been in this career for about 30+ years but his office staff are just ridiculous. I called to tell them my daughter needed another physical for an MRI on Monday June 6th at children's and the office staff Whitney told me she already had one done I said okay well I'll call and see if they can use that one or they need recent one. Long story short they needed a recent one and when I called her back to tell her that she said well what exactly do they need I told Whitney a history and physical form. Very unprofessional. Both of my kids are now getting a new doctor. The appointment was scheduled for 9 am, at 11 am I still have not been seen by any doctor. The wait is ridiculous. The staff does not care. After an hour of us waiting, my husband decided to go speak with the nurse and she was sitting at her desk eating, when they have a 2 hour lunch break. When we decided to reschedule since we couldn't wait any longer, Dr. Kreider over heard us telling the nurse there was no reason we should be waiting that long, he made a smart remark towards us about how "he needed to be a better doctor". Which I agree, he does. No doctor should give his patients an attitude considering we already waited 2 hours, haven't been seen, and we had to be at work. I love the staff here, I love that my son gets to see the same nurse and doctor. Dr.Kreider always let's me know exactly what's going on and if they give him medicine he explains why and what it's going to do. I'm a first time mom and I highly recommend him anytime to anyone.

Dr Krieder has been my kids doctor for three decades and now I'm considering just finding a new MD because of his staffs attitude towards clients. I called today at 11:45 (Thurs) to see about bring my son in on Friday morning and i was put on hold and they never returned. When i called back the answering service said they we're gone to lunch for 2 hours and they would have someone call me back. I have called 5 times now and spoke with the answering service and left urgent messages for the staff and doctor Kreider with no response whatsoever. Dr. Kreider has seen my children for years. My oldest son is 25 years old and still will call and ask Dr. Kreider for medical advice. The staff is excellent and always very professional. Dr. Kreider has been in business for over 30 years. Dr. Kreider is board certified and American trained. That is a quality I look for and value. I would recommend him to anyone.
