HORRIBLE experience Dr. walks in doesn't even look at the x-ray on the monitor,says my knee is totally shot.CT scan report says moderate arthritis. His attitude was HORRIBLE DON'T GO TO THIS ONE

Excellent surgeon and friendly staff. I highly recommend this office. Replaced both of my hips and both surgeries were successful with rapid recoveries and minimal pain. Couldn't have asked for better results!

I wish there was a negative star bacause I wouldn't ever recommend this Dr. to anyone. I made my appointment over the phone and was not told that I had to pre-register. If I was told I would've asked how they would prefer me to do that; Phone, online or paper. So I know I wasn't told. 2 days prior I was sent a text to confirm or change my appt. I confirmed. There was NO mention of a pre-registration. I showed up for my appt to be informed that it was cancelled because I didn't register. The office person called me a liar when I told her I didn't get that info. Then when I filled the paperwork out, she showed it to her coworkers. I actually saw the Dr. standing there and he showed no concern as to why I was distressed. After talking to several people, this isn't the first time this has happened. I recently had a hip replacement and from the beginning, the entire staff has been very helpful. Well organized. The doctor is absolutely awesome in every way and very much appreciated. Thank you for taking away the pain.

Dr Henderson is outstanding. A very skilled surgeon and his care is to the point. He will get you to where you need to be! Highly recommend him and his team! On a side note: I am so sick of hearing about Yuma doctors getting a bad rap. Doctors are not here to be your friend. They are here to treat you and move on to the next. I have never had a bad experience here and Dr Henderson is the finest orthopedic surgeon I’ve seen. I’ve seen many in my 12 surgeries. Give our local Doctors a shot people!

BEST DAMNED KNEE DR IN YUMA

Very respectful, short wait times

Straight and to the point. He did a wonderful job on our daughters knee reconstruction surgery. We're so happy to have a such a top notch surgeon without having to leave town. The office staff is great and we were seen quucklq each time.

Dr Henderson performed a total knee replacement on Monday. I was walking with walker that afternoon with my first round of in-hospital physical therapy. The Dr is very professional and gives good information to questions asked. I will definitely have him replace my other knee as is also bad. Great experience for a procedure no one wants to have done.

I was impressed with the professionalism by all the staff and Dr. Henderson at my appointment yesterday. I absolutely will recommend Dr. Henderson to my friends and family.

The receptionist are very rude. It's their way or the highway. They do not accommodate for anything.

Rude, uncompassionate, horrible bedside manner!! I will never go here again, nor would I ever recommend anyone to go to this practice. Arrogant, arrogant, arrogant!!

I’ll never refer anyone to this office. I had an appointment at 3:30 and I didn’t get seen until 5:00. I sat in my car most of the waiting time because there we no seats available in the waiting area. Once I did see the doctor he rudely told me that there’s absolutely he can do for me. And that he doesn’t know why another doctor would refer me to his office in the first place. I started crying being that I’ve been dealing with severe hip pain for 12 months and I really had a positive outlook for this appointment thinking I’d finally get relief. He had absolutely no compassion and wouldn’t make any suggestions as to where or who I could see next to address my hip. But that’s all fine. I understand that a doctor's office can run late on appointments. And I understand that some doctors have no bedside manners. That alone would not prevent me from going back if the care was adequate. It was the girl at the front desk that made me want to write this bad review. I asked for my paperwork that I had brought in from another doctor. She acted like it was a burden to have to look for it. I was clearly upset and still crying from seeing the doctor. She found the paperwork and handed them to me and I turned to walk out. She yelled “Have a nice afternoon!” in a sing song voice. It was clearly a jab. Even the other girls in the office looked at me horrified. I’ll never set foot in that office again. I have been throughly satisfied with Dr Henderson and his marvelous staff. I find them very helpful and all of my questions and concerns are handled in a kindly and Professional manner.

He is wonderful. Replaced my knee & my recover was short & easy. Scar is very small. Would recommend him to anyone needing a knee replacement

He is bright and talented in replacement and corrective surgeries. The office staff were courteous and professional, the doctor also. After the surgery Dr. took time to answer any questions we had. I'm very pleased with my new knee and the surgery. Dr. Henderson is the best.

I saw Dr. Henderson about 2 1/2 years ago to see about a knee replacement. After xrays and an exam he didn't think I needed it yet. My GP sent me to him a couple of months ago for pain in my hip because I was overcompensating for the pain in my opposite knee. Dr. Henderson said the medial part of my knee now had no cartilage and I could either have a partial knee or a total knee replacement or just wait until the pain was unmanageable. Not that bad so I'm waiting. Meantime, I have trigger finger and went to ANOTHER ortho who injected a steroid into my ring finger. It didn't work so I went back after 3 months and he said he doesn't inject again as only surgery would help. Recently went to Dr. Henderson who injected my finger with steroid, and boy did I feel that medication going in. I did not feel that at all with the other doctor. Dr Henderson said they give a series of 3 injections before considering surgery which is what my GP had told me. My finger feels 85% better. It's only been a few days, but i will go back for another injection and or surgery if needed. Dr. Henderson is a no nonsense doctor who some people may think isn't friendly. I had a hip replacement in late Feb. 2017; everything in every way was excellent; 8 months later I am seeing him for the other hip replacement & am looking forward to getting rid of the pain from my bad hip.

The most miserable place you can ever go,the man is obnoxious,rude and thinks he can treat anyone however he chooses.

Never in my life I have experienced a more rude front desk person. I had filled out all my insurance information a week prior to seeing the dr. I get there for my appt to be told my insurance card was incorrect. I advised the woman that this is the one I used to fill out the information on the paperwork but she cut me off to say the need the newer version of my card. I told her let me call my husband so he can bring it and she said no you need to reschedule. I have never been made to feel like I was loser low life cause I have AHCCCS as my insurance provider. The economy hit me just like thousands of other good hard working people. I've gone back to school to get a career in the medical field. With the purpose of HELPING people. NOT belittling them like the STAFF and Dr. HENDERSON himself. The constant rolling of the eyes from the staff cause I had questions. To the DOCTOR who spent a whopping 5 mins to not explain ANYTHING I didn't already know from my primary physician. But he did say to come back in a few weeks. Told me I needed a better knee brace. Didn't tell me where or what kind. No script. His rude STAFF continue to tell me it's cause off my insurance. I get there's procedures that have to be followed. But I deserved to NOT feel less then anyone else in that office. And I even asked just tell me where can I go get the brace. I'm not asking the insurance to pay for it. I'm in pain and will pay for it MYSELF. I hope that they read this post and take it SERIOUSLY. I was totally discriminated, humiliated and talked down to.Please...believe me I ALWAYS give the other person the benefit of the doubt. I understand people have bad day's. The saddest part is I was treated this way via phone and office visits. I highly recommend if you can see a doctor in Phoenix you should.
