Dr. Rodney J. Eccles

Today was my first apointment with Dr. Eccles and his staff. I must say this group of dental care providers is the most empathetic, and pleasant staff to be lucky enough to find. To start with, they really hear you and listen to your concerns, and after discussing a plan with you, they pursue the correction of whatever issue you may be experiencing. All the while, they have such a pleasant, and positive attitude, that you'll feel secure in your choice to have Dr. Eccles and his staff complete your care. Linda, and Paulette were exceptional, as was Dr. Eccles. I am grateful to have made this choice for my dental care provider. Don't hesitate to setup an apointment with the Dr. Eccles staff. Another great visit to our Awesome Dentist Office. Filling came out eating christmas toffee. Linda in front office called and set up app. His staff is always friendly, and understanding of special needs for my husband. His dental assistants are on spot for anything I need, and for the dental proceedure required. As always Dr Eccles, put me at ease, explaining Rx needed. I hate having any and all dental work. But the staff and Dr Eccles make the experience very nice. I am so thankful to all of them for putting up with me. They have a good time when they work, they sing and hum and the staff genuinely like each other and their jobs. There is no staff turn over which says a lot. Dr Eccles exhibits Christian behavior and is so caring. Love everyone in the office. Paulette is the BEST.

Just can't say enough about the service I receive at Dr. Eccles office. The Staff, receptionist and Dr. Eccles are all so friendly. They put you at ease the moment you walk in. They are encouraging, yet professional. I also appreciate the fact that Dr. Eccles is conservative on his treatment plan and doesn't rush into unneeded procedures, if a 'problem' is discovered. However, he will talk over all the options with you.

I had a very good experience at my 6 month check up. The hygienist was continually making sure I was comfortable and doing all right during the cleaning. Dr Eccles was as always kind and compassionate asking about my grown children and how they are doing. The entire staff treats you like a friend

I was fortunate enough to draw Kim as the Service Professional at Rod Eccles Family Dentistry in Plainfield, IN Kim is Intelligent, Polite, Professional and Courteous. I am 55+ and have been to several Dentists throughout my lifetime. There was No Pain, No Stress, No Difficulty. I recommend if you have any hesitations with your current Dentist to please come see Dr. Eccles. Dr. Eccles has all the latest equipment for cleaning and anesthesia. Have to say I was dreading today’s visit, knowing I needed to have a filling replaced. Dr Eccles and his assistant today are incredible. From the numbing to the drilling, replacing the filling and making sure my bite was right. The entire procedure was professional and painless. Top notch all the way. I had a cavity show up under a crown that was only a couple of years old. Dr. Eccles stated that should not have happened and is taking care of this at no out of pocket expense to me. I would not have questioned the issue at all and was pleased and impressed he took the initiative to take care of this. Dr. Eccles is a great dentist and an honorable man. His entire team is friendly and competent.

I love all the staff. Dr Eccles has always been great with me. I have terrible anxiety with dental procedures and he is patient with me. The hygienist are also very sweet and friendly. I also really like his new assistant. Very nice and professional.

I was nervous because I had been going to a different dental place my entire life. Then I came here and it was fantastic. my teeth have NEVER been so clean and fresh. I just had my second visit. Our appointments were for routine cleanings. We didn't have to wait, but were ushered to our rooms at the designated time. I just wish it wasn't so EXPENSIVE for those of us without dental insurance!

As a regular patient, I called in today because I have had a popcorn hull stuck between some super tight molars for the last few days. I experienced some nerve pain digging for it this morning. Dr. Eccles and his staff "squeezed" me in between appointments and Dr. Eccles himself removed it in seconds. OMG! Such relief! And then... no fee! So grateful! Even before today, I love Dr. Eccles and his staff--they are professional, accommodating and just great people. If you need a dentist--and you wanna work with people who truly care about you AND your teeth--Dr. Eccles and his team are a great choice. :) Thank you so, so much!

I had an unexpected dental mishap (not an emergency fortunately) over the weekend of June 3-4, and left a message on Dr. Eccles' office line. First thing Monday morning I was contacted by his office to make an appointment that very day. Gratefully, I accepted and by early Monday afternoon Dr Eccles and his staff had me on my way, good as new. I live about 50 miles away, in Shelbyville, but the drive to Plainfield is always worthwhile. This is a first-class dental office!

Procedure started with getting everything set up for the work to be done. I was receiving a shot and did not even know he had started with it. I'm not saying it was a joy, however it was quite painless and not uncomfortable. To repair the tooth, fill and replace one other filling, there was required a fair amount of drilling to accomplish the task. This was done timely, with a break included and the process was performed smoothly. Dr. Eccles has a way to make you feel at ease. Thank You for a job well done !!!

Today I was in for a 6 month cleaning/check up. Lauren Ray was filling in at the office today. She did a wonderful job and is very good at her job. My regular hygienist is Charlotte and she always puts me at ease and does such a good job. I always have wonderful care from Dr Eccles and his staff. They always make me feel at ease and I get prompt care when I have an emergency situation arise.(which has been quite often) They make me feel like family and I love them all. I always recommend this office to anyone with Dental needs.

I woke up at 4:30 AM in extreme pain from what I found out was an abscessed tooth. Dr. Eccles worked me in early before business hours to help diagnose the abscess which was very helpful to me because I had an important business meeting at 10 am that I had to be at. I've been going here for well over 20 years and couldn't ask for a more professional, friendly, and customer service oriented practice. I give them an A++.

This appointment was very different as it was an evaluation of sleep apnea and how a dental appliance could possibly help since my husband is not able to wear his cpap mask. Dr. Eccles explained everything with much detail but in plain English so it was easy to understand. He also used models to demonstrate how the appliance could help and how the new sleep studies work. My husband walked away with a very good understanding of how the appliance would work as well as next steps to expect in the process. As always, Dr. Eccles was very knowledgeable and personable throughout the appointment. Our family has gone to Dr. Eccles for dental care for years and he and his staff are always caring, so very nice, and do the BEST dental care around. We walked away from this appointment with high hopes that this may finally be an option that could really work. Thank you Dr. Eccles!!
