Amazing receptionists

I've been with Dr. Collins for about 10 years +/- !!! , and he's been there most ALWAYS when I needed him. Either here in town , Beverly Hills/ L.A. , or traveling , on other side of U.S. , East Coast; he's answered My Calls , and gave me the care & want I needed, Professionally & Promptly !! ???? Dr Collins is by far the best doctor I have ever had. When I came to him years ago I was a mess. I never thought I would feel normal again but with all the right meds, his kindness and patience with me I can actually work and be apart of society. I owe that all to dr Collins. I love him!!!!

Dr. Collins is simply the best Psychiatrist I have come across in my life. His medical knowledge and experience really helps the patient work through difficult circumstances. Additionally, his knowledge of psychopharmacology is unsurpassed. His office staff is friendly and the office space is always kept very clean.

I have been a patient of Dr. Collins for a while. He is the best Psychiatrist I have ever encountered and plan on remaining a patient for as long as possible. He really is a miracle worker. Highly recommended.

I showed up for my appointment with Dr. Collins, and they bait-and-switched me with another Dr., that I'd never heard of. Their staff is rude, and incompetent. They never responded to any of my emails, and failed to find me a therapist, after they said they would. They treat patients like cattle. Go elsewhere.

Would recommend this office to anyone. Staff is very friendly and to the point. Office is very organized, great location.

Great staff, work in a timely manner, and they are warm and welcoming. Majority black practice too, which was important to me when I was seeking mental health care.

Kayla and Frank are the absolute best. They are so helpful and patient. Dr Collins is amazing. He is kind and extremely knowledgable. I would give New Visions a 10 star if I could.

he is great iam a addict that is clean and knows what how much and what not to give me. I have been to other doctors and they sayyou need what ? ok that will be 300.00also how many refills ok that's 50.00 for each how many and what then after 5 minutes he says well hurry up and make up your mind I have 50 people to see in the next hour then I gotta go to another place. I could tell you some other stories about other places but iam so gratefull that DR. Rodney Collins is nothing like this and never was or will be I would give him a 10 star . thanks you have saved my life

I have the worst issues with your front desk staff, when I have a conversation with Kayla, last week, when she called me to let me know that my dr was not available today for my appt, but she will be in the next morning, I said no that is not going to work for me, because it is an 1.5 hour drive there for me, and I can not take off that time from work after today, because my boss is out of the holiday for the next week, which I have to cover for her being her assistant. That being said I told Kayla, I had a drs appt with my regular doctor next week, the 26th, which I will come by the office to get my hard scripts for my medications, so I can take to the pharmacy, while I pick up my other prescriptions. I said when I am there on Thursday the 26th, I will schedule my appt. with my dr. That should have been the end of the story, Yet today, I get a call and they are still pushing for me to come in tomorrow, which I said I had a conversation with Kayla last week

I have been a patient of Dr. Collins for 13 years. He is without a doubt the most compassionate and professional psychiatrist that you will ever meet. And, I must tell you; I am a very demanding patient... Dr. Collins is easily accessible in the case of an emergency. Also, Dr. Collins has an incredible understanding of addiction, and treatment.
