Dr. Rock is always attentive and takes his time with me everytime I come in. I recommend him highly, he actually cares about his patients! Thank you for actually caring about your patients, I travel an hour and a half to see him each month because I never want to go to another spine Dr. He is a Great Dr.

Dr Rock Navarkal is an awesome pain management doctor, he takes his time and discusses with me my current conditions, possible solution options and always makes sure I am well taken care of.

The staff is always cheerful and helpful, Dr Navarkal and his staff are consistently professional and always prompt. A five minute wait is the norm, which to me is perfectly acceptable even beneficial if I am running late. It is very easy to locate the office. The office IS currently wheelchair accessible for my chair, although it is close. I'm a big guy. good news is that they are currently remodeling. Dr Navarkal has bent over backward to do what he could to help me through some very tough times. That said this IS NOT the DR to try to try to use to get around insurance regulations or bend rules of any sort just don't even ask.. While we are on the subject he has his staff check patients for cheating. This guy works hard to find solutions but those solutions will be legal in every way. I am very pleased with Dr. Rock and his staff! He's very thorough, and he really took the time to listen to me and try and figure out what kind of injuries I had. He looked at my MRI and explained what was happening with my spine. He knows his stuff and I am so happy I found this place!

Dr.Rock and his staff are truely the Best!

I am an extreme endurance athlete and have been battling with chronic pain for about 3 years now due to multiple serious injuries. I just moved here and was able to get scheduled easily, receive care & treatment. Professional, knowledgeable & caring doc, was able to get my records smoothly and provide relief.

I enjoy my visits to Rocky Mountain Spine and Sports. Although I’d love to not have to go to a spine specialist I have no choice. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Cassie and Mea are amazing. They are so helpful and understanding. Those ladies bust their butts, so patients like myself have the best experience. They are constantly on the phone with other doctor offices and insurance companies, so patients are able to have their medical needs met. Dr. Rock is awesome. He thoroughly explains treatment plans, MRIs and wants to help you actually get out of your pain, so you don’t have to be on any pain meds. I feel the entire team listens to my needs. Dr. Rock has been a Godsend as a Pain Management Doctor. He takes genuine concern and takes action in helping me to live a more happy and functional life. We discussed multiple treatment options and since I have been seeing him for the past year, he has offered solutions such as nerve testing as well as injections which have alleviated some of the debilitating pain that I suffer from. I’ve been working with Dr. Rock for several months now, and have had multiple procedures. I cannot say enough about his quality of work, and care for his patients. Always a pleasure seeing Dr. Rock. Appointments are pretty much on time. Takes the time to “listen” to my concerns and answers questions so that I can understand.

Dr. Rock has been part of my pain management team for over 2 years. I have 2 degenerated discs and a fused joint and have had ongoing neck and back issues for decades. In preparing for disc replacement surgery in the past 6 months, I was diagnosed with DCIS. So my disc replacement has been put on hold several months as I deal with multiple surgeries for DCIS cancer. Doctor has always explained everything thoroughly and with the upmost professionalism. I did have one epidural through UC health and that lasted for a few days only. Dr. Rock has done a radio frequency ablation on different levels in my neck. He has also done epidural and in office injections that have lasted and been very helpful with easing some of the pain. As a mortgage underwriter in a very demanding field and many many hours on the computer, I have been dealing with incredible pain simply due to the type of computer work I do. I am not one to take medications other than ibuprofen for the pain due to the type of work I do and needing to be able to perform at a high mental capacity. So the injections have been crucial. I appreciate his thoroughness and his ability to work with me on getting me seen around my hours. His staff is always very pleasant and easy to work with. Thank you Dr. Rock and staff for all you do. Dr. Narvarkal is an amazing physician that treats his patients well. He makes sure that they are comfortable in every day life. His facility has really made a difference in my life. I broke my back in 2016 and unfortunately I have had to deal with a great amount of pain that effects my day to day life harshly. I have also had 3 knee surgeries to add to the inconvenience. Doctor Rock ; Rocky Mountain Spine and Sports Medicine manages my pain and improves my quality of life. Rock is very patient and willing to listens to what I have to say about the various medical issues i am and have faced recently. Rock understands the challenges I bring to the table and has done everything possible to make sure I have the help needed to deal with those challenges.

It's a Wonderful office. The staff is always so friendly and even though I can't see their mouth because of thier masks I can see it in their eyes that they're always smiling. And Dr. Rock is a wonderful doctor. I feel very comfortable with him and I have great confidence in him.

Hello Google viewers. I felt the need to update my latest visit with Doctor Rock today. The past two weeks, I tripped outside of my house and it 'twisted' my back. It was horrible. Furious pain. I called Doctor Rock's office and his staff was eager to help with same day appointment. During the visit, Doc Rock treated me with trigger-point injection (completely painless) and was able to drastically relieve my lower back pain by 95%. Within 15 min of the injection, I was almost back to normal. I can actually breathe and walk with almost no pain. For over 8 years now, I have been medically treated by Doctor Rock. He is the most compassionate doctor we have seen since before my shoulder & spine injuries. He truly listens and takes the time to lay out a mutually agreed regiment. Booked an appointment, gave my insurance info and was told to come in a few days later. Was then told when I showed up and they actually took my card that I wasn’t covered. Though I had checked in advance with my insurance carrier, there was “some sort of mix up where my specific plan wasn’t covered in error.” So I could still see the doc, if I payed $400 out of pocket. I kindly refused. Not the best customer service to have someone come in, blame a mix up, offer to take cash, then send me on my way. What they could have done is taken my co-pay and gotten it sorted out before a probable follow up or two. Instead of caring about the patent they lost one and made me feel played.
