Dr. Robyn Jill Cooper

Dr. Cooper has worked closely with me for several years, and has really guided me through completely re-engineering my life. She helped me identify how early traumas were continuing to guide my decision-making, leading me to recreate problem relationships again and again. She helped me break out of these cycles, end toxic relationships, replace them with healthy ones, and develop more adaptive selection and coping mechanisms. I am finally in a healthy, happy, balanced place. That's her doing

Throughout childhood and young adulthood I had tried therapy and was unimpressed with the results despite my commitment to the process. Dr Cooper, finding Dr Cooper was one of the biggest blessings of my life. My life is in a completely different place because of her. I have never been in happier place. I have her to thank.

I began working with Dr. Cooper in 2007 when my life was falling apart. My anxiety and depression levels were extremely high. I was so buried in emotional turmoil and I could barely hold myself together, let alone figure out how to unbury myself. Enter Dr. Cooper. With her compassion, guidance, and encouragement I have successfully navigated myself to a healthy life. Without the thoughtful, informed decision-making skills she continuously teaches me, I wouldn't have a healthy, flourishing life.
