Dr. Robin Rosenthal

Dr. Rosenthal is wonderful as well as her staff! from beginning to end all visits that I have had were great, minimal wait times and friendly staff, they take great care in making families comfortable and help with understanding the visit process from start to finish! She takes time with my son and daughter to get a full picture of what's going on before analyzing, they have made big improvements since seeing her. My son with ADHD has taken to her so wonderfully it's amazing. She has a way with kids that is admirable, She is truly knowledgeable, empathetic, and thorough with her visits and I look forward to continuing with her for the best interest of my children who really love her!!

My brother had an appointment with Dr. Rosenthal for the second time today (04/02/18) --my brother was over stereotyped and analyzed. She described him as aggressive, resistant, and with no boundaries. My brother is an introversive 7 yr old with dyslexic reading characteristics. These descriptions sound nothing like his personality, with that being said his school commented nothing on his behavior because he does not have a behavioral issue! The visit was to determine a reading disability...

Shady billing practice. Used a different billing number that was not in network to submit claim. Instead of sending an invoice, office staff calls to demand money over the phone. Trys to do hours of testing in one day.
