Dr. Robin L Baker

Our daughter was born 5 weeks early and ended up in the NICU with Dr. Baker as her doctor. To say he was wonderful is an understatement! Throughout her stay there he was kind, compassionate, caring, and patient. He always took the time to speak with us directly and answered any questions we had. He never rushed us or made us feel that we were taking up his time, and he and his team were so good about explaining how she was doing, what they were doing, and what the next steps were. He cared not just about the baby in NICU but the whole family. A few weeks after she was discharged he reached out to see how she was doing and when she had issues later on, he asked me to keep him posted on her progress, while reassuring me that everything was fine - she was healthy and would catch up in no time - which she did. He was a voice of calm when things seemed uncertain long after she was his patient. No one expects to end up in NICU, but if you do, you want Dr. Baker caring for your baby!
