We have been seeing this doctor for about 1.5 yrs - WC doctor. He is awful, no bedside manner, rude, abrupt, condescending & doesn't pay attention to detail. The first 6 - 9 months every time we saw him, he acted as if it was the first time he'd seen us, we had to go over all problems, med history, etc. never had patient file on hand to review. Has not once checked ANY vitals, just asks how we're doing. Waits exceed 4 hours most days. He is just there for the money. We DO NOT recommend!

This Doctor is a horrible old man I have been going to him for pain management the past 6 months because my insurance is only valid for certain doctors this doctor has messed up my prescription multiple times I experienced withdrawal from pain meds because they do not send proper paperwork to my insurance to authorize the scripts his receptionist lie and tell you bs stories and Dr Robertus Kounang has a awful nasty attitude he is very unprofessional and not thorough at all not recommended.
