Called mds office my husband is a patient we needed to speak to md since my husband fainted and needed new meds . They kept me on hold 15 mins 4:45 at 5pm they hung up . Eveytime I would call they all momentico and leave me on hold !!!!!!!!

Best Doctor ever! He is very detailed and really takes his time. Highly recommended. Dr. Urquiza is by far the beat doctor I have ever seen. You might have to wait a while but worth it. I was recommended to this doctor and it was beat decision I could ever make. Don't let me forget about office staff. They are pleasant and extremely helpful. Shout out to Jackie and Jasmine. This Dr's Office has the most inept staff working for him. His secretary, office manager and answering which is the same person Jackie, is rude, a liar, and very inept. I'm a nurse and my husband is a Dr. in the State of Mississippi, the State Surgeon of the Army in Mississippi and if one of his nurse, office staff was this idiotic and rude, they would be released of their duties IMMEDIATELY!!!! She needs oxygen at home and they cant send a prescription to an Oxygen Co. Horrible Office & Dr.

Plainly speaking, Dr.Urquiza is one of the best doctors I've ever been too. Period. Kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable, Dr. Urquiza has always been an incredible practitioner with me and my family and would highly reccomend him to anyone. Wouldn't trust any other doc with my family!!!

In the beginning was all good like any othe relationship.He seems to be a good doctor, knowledgeable and proficient. My biggest problem was with his staff.They were rude & incompetent.I would show up for my appointment and discovered that I was never on the books.I needed him to contact another doctor in order for me to have a medical procedure done and that was impossible to get done.I asked in writing to release my medical records to another doctor and my new doctor is still waiting.
