ZERO STARS!! I had been taking my boys here since they were 16 months old & 2 years old. They are now soon to be 5 & 6. The staff never sat well with me but I liked Dr. T and the way HE worked, so I continued to take my children. I got a letter from my child's school saying he was not up to date. I reached out to the office and got no response on the situation other than "we will look in to it". I kept bugging for 4 months. When his office contacted us, Rosie R. was inconsiderate, unprofessional, and apparently unfamiliar with her job. The staff in this office is extremely rude and Dr. T allows this, when it was brought to his attention multiple times. This office did NOT administer any shots to my child since he was 18 months, they said it was a "mistake". I brought it to their attention multiple times and they made NO apologies or showed any compassion for THEIR mistake. I asked to speak with Dr. T and Rosie said I would have to make an appointment. I refused to accept that. I discussed the problems with Dr. T & he as well made NO APPOLOGIES. Told me he would get me their medical records but would charge me $60 per record and it was best if we "parted ways". This Office has showed medical negligence and I do NOT recommend them WHATSOEVER. I am pursuing a lawsuit against this Office & I hope this reaches the people it needs to. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BABIES!!

Nothing but grief from this office. Our child was born at the beginning of the pandemic, and while in the hospital, we were very displeased with Roberto and then with his office worker, Rosie R., after we were discharged. Roberto did not handle my child with an ounce of care, or concern, and was the most unprofessional Dr. we'd ever dealt with. He wasn't our choice, he was the on call unfortunately. When his office contacted us, Rosie R. was inconsiderate, unprofessional, and apparently unfamiliar with her job. It's been 2 years since the unfortulate Roberto experience, but we are moving along with our claim. We thankfully found a caring, professional Dr. with a matching staff to boot. Front desk lady is useless rude makes this company look bad .

Doctor telamantes is a great doctor speaks Spanish however the front desk customer service lady Rosy Rodriguez she is extremely rude worse customer service I had .

Dr. Talamantes and his staff are wonderful. I have taken my kids to him and he has always been very knowledgeable and compassionate. He has always taken the time to explain what’s going on with my kids and their treatment. My last visit was to take my grand baby to him after seeing two doctors in El Paso who weren’t able to diagnose and treat him right. He quickly was able to pin point what was wrong with him and his treatments worked great. I am very grateful to Dr.Talamantes and his staff, specially Nurse Lorraine, with their kindness towards us and prompt assistance in taking us in. I definitely highly recommend this clinic. I love the staff and Dr. Talamantes. Just walking in I feel right at home. Nurse Lorraine is very knowledgeable and very attentive with my baby. I travel all the way from El Paso to Las Cruses for my baby to be seen here. The Doctor takes his time and is very thoughtful, he has great bedside manner and takes his time answering all my 1000 questions. Over all I highly recommend this clinic. Great people! Dr. Talamantes is an Ok pediatrician but the lady as a nurse who works here is so rude and helpless. I’m happy that I changed my baby’s pediatrician. They never communicated the results too. It is not worth having deal with the nurse's unprofessional and hostile attitude each time I bring my baby there!!

Dr. Talamantes is amazing, very compassionate and knowledgeable however I’m giving him 3 stars because his from desk lady is the rudest has no empathy for people and not very helpful.

Dr Talamantes is an amazing pediatrician and has been seeing my children for years. I would recommend him to my family as well as friends. He is nonjudgmental and provides hospital follow ups as well.

don't go here. The receptionists are so rude, hateful and are absolutely no help at all. If I could give them a zero I would. How these hateful women can work for a pediatrician is beyond me.

We are a first time patient. My daughter had lab testing done and they said they would have the results by Monday. By Tuesday afternoon I still had not received a call regarding the results so I had to call them. I requested a copy of my daughters single visit record and lab test and was told that I had to pay $15 and they would not be able to fax it to me. I stated how many people going there are on state healthcare assistance and cannot afford $15 to have a record of their care. Even our single page one visit record would cost $15. The nurse was rude and acted like she didnt care and said she thought it would be a good idea for me to switch clinics since I though they were not a "big shot"; just a small clinic. Just being a small clinic doesnt give you the right to charge asanine prices to people just for their record and definitely doesnt mean treating them badly and not caring if they switch clinics or not. I definitely feel they did not care wether my daughter received care there or not. Impersonal and cold. As well the doctor had limited to no eye contact and did not stay long enough to answer any of my questions. The developmental screening was done orally, but was rushed. Dr. Talamantes was great, the only reason for this review is the nurse who works in his office. She was one of the rudest and most condescending healthcare workers I've ever encountered. First time visiting Dr. Talamantes recently. He was very kind and gentle with my son. He took the time to talk and patiently explain his professional insight. He respected our opinions and listened attentively to our concerns. I am pleased to have finally found a pediatrician that still knows the old school way of positive bedside manner. Dr. Talamantes is a really good doctor. Reason for the low rating is because his nurse assistant and the receptionist are absolutely the worst. Extremely hateful, rude and unprofessional. They are very unpleasant. There was a time when they starting yelling at each other and arguing with each other in front of my kids and me, as well as other patients. It was very unprofessional. I finally switched my children to a new doctor, thank gosh. And when I took my 1 year old to his first doctors appointment at his new doctors I found out Talamantes’ assistant mistakenly gave my child a vaccination FOUR YEARS too soon. Ridiculous!!

My experience here is nothing but bad. The nurse and receptionists are incredibly rude and hateful and always have a bad attitude. She was hateful with my granddaughter also who is only 9 years old. I will never go back there again.

Dr. Talamantes is a great doctor I have ever seen. He is very much compassionate. He has lots of patience to hear patience problem. He can subside the worry and anxiety of the baby's parents. His nurse is also very good. Anytime I call her for my baby's problem she listens to me and gives a solution. We are really lucky to have Dr. Talamante as my baby's pediatrician.

My daughter is 25 years old . I took her to Dr. Talamantes since she was 1 year old . He is a great Dr. , he always treated us with care and respect. I can not thank him enough , we had a great experience with him .

Dr. Talamantes has been our family pediatrician for more than 23 years. He genuinely cares about his patients and provides great service. To our family, he is the best pediatrician in town.

Dr Talamantes is a very nice man, but I had to make this review because he prescribed my daughter amoxicillin on two separate occasions. The first was because she had a virus; for those who don't know AMOXICILLIN is NOT for viruses. I did not know this until the second time when I took her to the urgent care, because she broke out in a rash, Head down to her bum. Turns out her body didn't need the AMOXICILLIN for her VIRUS! So the medicine had no where to go but her blood stream. Oh yes and the urgent Care Dr actually swabbed her throat to make sure she didn't have strep which is BACTERIAL, and that's what AMOXICILLIN is used for; and no she didn't have strep, it was just a virus. DON'T let him prescribe your BABY or children amoxicillin for a virus. I personally love this doctors office!! They are always so helpful to myself and my children. Having come from first step pediatrics this is a huge upgrade for my family. I always felt rushed at our last pediatrician office and here both Dr. T and his staff take the time to make sure we are taken care of. Thank you Dr. T

Dr. Talamantes is an exceptional developmental pediatrician. He is very kind, compassionate, and very dedicated to his patients. I know that he does not treat patients with antibiotics for viruses. For example, I called to try to get antibiotics called in because I thought my child had an ear infection and he ask me to make an appointment. Turns out that there was no ear infection. He could of very easily called them in with my daughters symptoms and didn't. I truly am grateful for the care he provides for my children and would highly recommend him!! When I found out I was expecting I wanted the best Pediatrician in town for my child and Dr. Roberto Talamantes was Highly Recommended... In visiting with him prior to having my child I was very satisfied in having the opportunity of sitting and meeting with him. He has been an Amazing Dr., from day 1 and continues to provide the best care for my son who is now 13 yrs. old!!! We Love & Adore Dr. Talamantes and his staff...
