Dr. Roberto Enrique Pancorbo

I never got to see the dr. First was there is more than 1 entrance to the clinic. But it’s not marked from the outside so you know where to go. For check in bring a chair, you’ll be standing in a line where everyone has to check in for every dr in the facility. And that line moves s-l-o-w! When I called the office it seemed like I was bothering them, they really don’t care. When you see a dr so much of the interaction is with the staff. And if they are uncaring and rude why stay?

Dr. Pancorbo is a very knowledgeable and professional doctor. It's sad that his desk receptionist is rude and doesn't offer any flexibility when it comes to scheduling appointments. She's unprofessional and if you work, good luck with getting a flexible appointment.

He was very nice and straight to the point he checked me took his time and gave me a good feeling he knows what he is doing i don't care for his front desk clerk she rushes you off phone no trying to squeeze you in guess its not her fault usually offices are instructed to not take more patients when understaffed

Well I haven't see the Dr. but the person who answer the phone to make the appointment s has no manners at all , should not have this person to answer She's rude don't want to help . This person is not good for your business ! In fact they gave me an appointment for 4 month I didn't know till I call they never got to tell me my appointment day .

This man lied to me about my test results. He told me I had RA. I just came from another doctor who did blood work and I do not have RA. What a complete waste of time and money!!!! Plus I got stuck with a flunky CNP that barely spoke. No manners, no class, and a full waiting room to guarantee their boat payments every month. Very disgusted!

Great Dr very poor service. Looking to change Dr. Filling out for refills on humira treatment.

I love Dr. Pancorbo; he's always been very patient with answering my questions and doesn't make me feel rushed at all. He's the 3rd rheumatologist I've seen in the area, and he is by far the best. I came to his office very sick and he discussed his plan for treatment throughout the year and followed through with it. He's very kind and soft-spoken and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a rheumatologist in the area!
