This orthopedic center is amazing, excellent service, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and so nice and helpful, starting from the front desk and the doctor assistant and the specialist doctor roberto levi , all of them are doing very well, iam very satisfied with my result in carpal tunnel surgery , he is the most professional surgeon. Very professional was taken right in no long wait. Dr Levy explained everything in full detail so I can understand. I have been a patient since 2012 2013. Had both hips replaced by Dr Gabriel levy excellent dr. The drs in this group are exceptional. They take their time explain things to you and bed side manner is top notched.

He a good doctor know what he doing. And examine me well , took. X-ray .but his staff didn't do a good job on getting my medical history

Staff very polite for some reason my appointment was canceled but still another dr was able to see me. Awesome

Very polite people are working there. Dr. Levi impressed me with his competency and attention to the patient!!! Good place to go, if you have need of orthopedic help.

Do not go to this doctor. For my first appointment I waited an hour and a half to see him and when I finally did, he didn’t even acknowledge that he was seeing me late. He barely looked at me throughout the entire 2 minutes he spent with me. He also has an old school tape recorder and kept dictating notes about my right hand (even though the reason I was seeing him was for my left hand). I had to correct him 2 times. Also, at check out, the office receptionist spoke to me about another woman’s records giving me her name and health condition, which is a HIPPA violation. They got me confused with someone else. Go to a different clinic if you can. Do not go to this doctor. Dr. Levi is a great Dr with a wonderful since of humor. I was sad about the severe pain I was having not only did he take care of the problem he had such a great personality while treating me.

I've had 8 job related injuries that have resulted into me having surgery. Back in 2003 I had an injury that no one could seem to diagnose. I was referred to Dr. Roberto Levi by my PCP. Dr. Roberto Levi not only diagnosed the problem but, he repaired it. He got me back to work in a timely manner. I've had 7 other sugeries with Dr. Levi and he has never failed me. Dr. Roberto Levi has been my go to Orthopedic since 2003 when he diagnosed and repaired my left ankle injury that no one could find! I've had a total of 8 surgeries with Dr. Roberto Levi due to on the job injuries. He has performed each surgery to perfection! I would recommend him 10 out of 10 times! He gives his best with every one of his patients that I've ever met. If you want the best, Dr. Roberto Levi is your guy! I travel 162 miles roundtrip 3 days a week to to see him and do my theraphy!

Next week I am contacting the Feds and insurance company. This Levi is committing insurance fraud. He has double billed me and after I caught their error they said they will reimburse me, that was 6 months ago! Now I get a bill from the insurance company that Levi is billing them $800.00 for 'supplies' which I never received!!! Our and simple insurance fraud and he belongs behind bars.

Levi was 1 hr late for 1st appt, then spent about 10 minutes with me. Very dismissive and condescending. He prescribed physical therapy for sore knee yet failed to analyze feet, legs, or gait after being advised that knee problem began after tore ankle ligament, heel bursitis and prescribed orthotics. He failed to provide direction to therapist after MRI results. After waiting more than 1.5 hours for the follow up, appt, I demanded my medical records and found a new physician.

my daughter broke both her wrist and her arm. This Dr. Roberto Levi was very compassionate and understood the pain that she was having and immediately set up for her to have procedures right away. Keep in mind I was referred to him by a family member who sees him for a broken leg. I cannot say enough about him and his wonderful staff. My daughter is now going through his physical therapy treatment and she is progressing well. I really would love to express my gratitude to this doctor and staff

Went in for a fractured elbow and he wanted to put a cast on it. Putting a cast on a fracture that is on a joint has not been the recommended medical procedure in 40 years. You're suppose to keep the joint moving so it doesn't heal and limit mobility. Luckily I knew this and got out with just a sling, went to a doctor at Northwestern who confirmed this. He wanted to put me in a cast and keep me coming back for therapy.Plus he tried to bill me almost $3,000 for the visit!
