I don't recommend this site. Terrible customer service. I called a week ago to request an appointment and they gave it to me for today. At the time of requesting the appointment, I gave them my insurance information and they said yes, they would accept it. I drove 45 minutes to get here and they tell me that they don't accept my insurance and that I have to pay for the consultation if I decide to receive the care. $350 + $500+ for a skin test. After I made arrangements at work to be able to attend this appointment, they told me that they had called me yesterday to double check my insurance information and that they do that 1 day before the appointment, which seems like a very short amount of time considering that you have to make arrangements to be able to attend an appointment. Do not go here unless you would like to be forced to do tests that you do not need and sold a "patented" new allergy product that the doctor has developed himself. I was forced to take a spirometry test on my first visit to check for asthma. I was coming in for gastric issues and assured the MA I do not have asthma. I was told the doctor requires the test. The test was negative (shocker!). The visit with the doctor was fine and he was thorough with his evaluation. I got a little concerned when he told me I would "qualify" for his new patented Potens allergy drops, but I scheduled my skin test, paid my $80 copay and left. Then I received a bill for an additional $68.06. This was after the insurance already kicked in $220.94. The reason I still have to pay $68.06? Well that would be from the $98 spirometry test, of course! I have filed an appeal with the insurance and have canceled my skin test. Who knows how much they would nickel and dime me there! Not to mention how much he would be charging for his Potens drops. I will find another allergist. I have been seeing Dr. Garcia for 7 years. Though I respect his knowledge and how his care has improved my allergy symptoms, I have found office wait times for scheduled appointments increasing over time, regardless of whether one needs to see the Doctor or PA, or to receive regular allergy immunizations. If this was occasional, I could tolerate it, but this lack of respect for his patient's time is now a regular occurrence to the point of being intolerable. With waits to see his PA stretching to 45 minutes and for shots, 30 minutes, I must find another care provider.

I have a nine month old son that had the appointment with the doctor. We waits an hour and a half to be seen. The office is very outdated and made me uncomfortable to make a sound or move. The doctor was BEYOND rude and curt. He would cut me off, speak over me, was insulting. Absolutely NOT returning.

Very nice modeled office & wonderful office staff . The doctor was caring and supper attentive. I went to an allergist office in trinity & the doctor wasn't really caring or attentive at all made me feel like I shouldn't have gone to see him but wow over here at this office I felt so welcomed and everyone was super friendly and took the time to explain everything that I asked & more ! im very happy with this office and the way you guys treat patients as well as actually do your job correctly ! Unforgivably unprofessional doctor - my wife went in for a simple allergy test, and was bullied into tears as Garcia attempted to forced the asthma inhalers whose posters littered the office. He will ask questions, talk over you, tell you you are wrong, and walk out on you. A truly insignificant loser.

Dr Garcia is a very rude person. I've never felt so disrespected in my life by any doctor. When he walked in the door the first thing he did was read the phrase on my shirt which was very awkward because it was on my chest. Then he starts firing off all these questions and 1 of them i forgot to mention one of my symptoms and he got angry and started scolding me! I DO NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. He is very unprofessional &Rude and yes he DOES NOT answer the questions adequately for visit purpose. He is otherwise in the wrong field.

Staff was nice except the doctor is rude and inappropriate. He actually scolded me when i forgot to mention one of my symptoms and cuts you off while talking never had an experience like this before.

Terrible receptionist. I didn't even make it to see the actual doctor for my first appointment. The thought of dealing with her every time I had to call the office was enough to find a different dr.

This was the worst doctor I ever went to. He has VERY BAD BEDSIDE MANNERS, not only to his patients but also his employees. He’s is very arrogant and seems to know everything. This was my first visit and I explained all of my allergies and symptoms that I have suffered for years and he was very short with me and I never had the chance to finish what I was saying. His staff turnover rate is quite high. The new nurse who specifically sees allergy drop patients is young and incredibly condescending. I have been going to Dr Garcia's office for over two years and she continuously spoke down to me. Every answer I gave she found fault by belittling me. I am trying to space out when I need to return to the office for drop refills in the hopes she will be gone. I would change Doctors if I knew I could change in the middle of maintenance allergy drop care.

I thank Doctor Garcia for caring when I was in a condition that I could hardly breath. There were times when walking into his office I was medically helped. Dr. Garcia took care of me for a very short period of time but it was because of insurance issues. I would recommend him to anyone in need he helps both young and Adults.

I wouldn't even leave a star if I could. It was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a dr. He was rude, condescending, and did not pay attention to half of the stuff I had to say. He wrote off each of my daughters allergic reaction, one of which included anaphylaxis and the other included difficulty breathing. I've read some really good reviews on him but definitely did not have that experience.

Horrible practice. The doctor is nice enough but I transferred my allergy injections over from another office and can't hate the change any more. The receptionist is completely rude. They never see me to even start my shot in a timely manner. No matter where you are in your treatment they make you stay 20 minutes after the shot so waiting 10 minutes to even have someone say hello to you means you need to clear a huge chunk of time for what should be a quick errand. They have no respect for their patient's time. I won't be going back with the exception of picking up my vials to take them elsewhere. Horrible practice.
