Dr. Roberta Lynn Krueger

Honestly I was recommended this OB and thought it was great for the first time. After I've been going for over a year and just convinced my first child they turned sour. From canceling my already scheduled appointment and when asked why the lady at the front desk doesn't give a clear answer. Then when I have to go to another location to get my blood drawn( Quest diagnostics) they couldn't find my order form to even draw my blood. Luckily the office to my OB was open once I called, same lady at the desk, started yelling at me about QD that they don't know what they are looking for they have no idea, I told her it's fine if she could just email me the form I would figure it out she started yelling at me again saying they need to look for it, again i asked for her to simply email it to me(for I had to get me blood drawn again on Saturday having a feeling this might happen again) she then yells "what's their Fax number?!" Once I gave it to her she hangs up! The lady at QD says this is not the first time and they constantly have to argue with them on the phone. This does not leave a good taste in my mouth. Saturday rolls around and sure enough same thing happened at QD and they cant actually draw my blood without the order form and they can't find it. And because the lady wouldn't send me the form I was unfortunately not able to get my blood drawn. Not this is not the first time either! DR.K continues to not trust my knowledge of my own body telling me I have to be vaccinated to even conceive or have a healthy child. Also tells me I don't know what I'm talking about when I say something isn't right in my body; pinching my stomach(I'm 150 and not fat) saying "your fine" Don't bother your time here. Further more I had blood work done because of me saying I know something is wrong in my body. And after 2 weeks of not hearing anything a substitute desk lady calls me so sweet giving me a simple update that made me appreciate and know how awful this place is... truly if you want to be treated like trash don't bother. Dr. Krueger delivered two of my children and she was wonderful with my anxiety. Her calm presence made such a difference! Very thorough and always felt safe.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Krueger during my first pregnancy. Her and the NP and office staff have always treated me with kindness and respect. I miscarried my second pregnancy and am grateful to Dr. Krueger for being there for me through that very scary process. Thank you Dr Krueger.

This doctor is the worst. My wife who is a completely educated professional was treated as an illiterate person sometimes patronizing and sometimes being yelled at. She actually said "your questions are frustrating me" when she was asked a question on why what her nurse said to us to schedule an unneeded laparoscopy. Her positive comments seem to be from a "certain demographic" and maybe she cares only for that community but for us, it was a truly bad experience from her. This doctor is the worst. An absolute unprofessional at the most. Her nurse called my wife morning to schedule a laparoscopy when the ultrasound did not reveal anything towards the diagnosis. My wife asked to talk to the doctor since she did not understand why. The doctor called almost yelling at my wife. She said things like "your questions frustrate me". When she asked what dosage she needs to take for medicines, she said "Can you read the label?" She seems to be a darling of a certain community that feed her positive reviews but if you are not one of them, stay away!. We must be the wrong type of people for her but we were not there for charity. We had insurance and were willing to pay. I have seen so many doctors in the past but never before encountered a person with such a condescending attitude.

I have been going to Dr. Krueger for over 25 years. As far as I’m concerned she is the best in her field. There are tests that she performed long before any other OB/GYN in the city. She stays ahead of the pack, but gets assists if necessary, it’s been my experience that the other OB/GYN’s also go to her which is the ultimate compliment. Her staff has been consistent the whole time I have been her patient. She delivered all six of my children, including preemie twins. My first son had a cord wrapped around his neck twice but she was able to fix that very quickly. The second twin was aimed in the wrong direction, but she was able to move him into place so I didn’t need to have surgery. This is an imperfect field because it takes a whole lot of things going right to have a child. She also excels in the gynecological area. I recommend her very highly. Dr. Krueger is the best doctor I've ever had. She cared for me for years then delivered both of my children. I cannot recommend her enough. She is extremely knowledgeable. The only reason I left her care was because we moved :(.

I have gone to Dr. Krueger for over 10 years and she has always amazed me with how patiently she listens to all concerns and then explains things in a manner that is easy to understand. She truly is a doctor that cares and wants the best for her patients.

Dr. Krueger and her staff are warm, attentive, and informative and provide a wealth of experience and assurance that makes me feel like I have the best team looking out for me and providing the very best care. The addition of a nurse practitioner, Gretchen Trautmann, has only enhanced the experience and support I get as a patient of nearly 15 years.

Terrible experience. Long wait times, even if you get there early, unhelpful staff, short time with the doctor and was also interrupted during my appointment with her, no communication with patients did not recieve a single call from them( also long hold time on the phone, was on hold for 15 minutes once and they hung up on me then I called back and was on hold for another 25 minutes), had to call to find out they want to schedule my surgery for a month away, I'm in so much pain I can't got to work I can't wait a month! My mom was referred to this doctor but after my experience I'm going to tell her not to bother. What a waste of time and money, glad I canceled my surgery.

This will be my second appointment, first time I only saw the nurse but I was supposed to get a sonogram and I guess the staff didn'tt communicate that with her so I had to wait almost an hour after my appointment to get it done, spent almost 2 hours at the Dr office. Now for this appointment I got here even earlier hoping the wait time would be cut down but no, got here at 1040 for an appointment at 11 and I'm still waiting at 1135. I'm sure the Dr is nice but plan on waiting for an hour to see her.

I was referred here by a friend who said she loved Dr.K. I called to make an appt, the lady who answered the phone was not friendly, and was borderline rude. I Ignored the bad first impression and made the appt anyway. I showed up 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork and anything else that was needed. Not counting that I was early, I still waited at least 30 mins, b4 asking when it would be my turn, lady at the front looked around and said I would be next. I sat there another 10 mins till the other nurse came out and called a lady who got there after me (it was just the 2 of us waiting) When I asked the nurse to just cancel my appt. after 40 mins of waiting,she said, They are about to call you! Over 1 hr of waiting, what a waste of my time, especially when I missed work. i was going in for a issue I was having, and I still rather have canceled that appt and go somewhere else. Im sure the doctor and NP are great, but if their staff is like that. Well I'd rather not be seen.

Everytime I have an appointment I don't get seen until an hour later. What is the point of having an appointment, taking time off work to have to wait over an hour to be seen? It's extremely unprofessional to be wasting someone's time like that. The doctor isn't bad. I've only seen her once out of the 3 yrs I've been coming but the Physician assistant is just as good. Dr Krueger is a fantastic doctor. She is a no nonsense doctor and tells it like it is. I highly recommend her. I have never had issues waiting for a long time for an appointment and the office staff has always been pleasant.

The best Dr ever thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me with the surgery I needed ! I KNOW I WAS A TOUGH COMPLICATED PATIENT BUT DR KRUEGER DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB !! Such a beautiful gentle compassionate caring woman ! She could have taken easy way out but she did not she saved me from being cut open and in more pain from my surgery! She is the calmest Dr I've ever met I was always scared and panicked and she always remained sweet gentle and calm ! May God bless you always ! This was my first time with her. She was very compassionate and she listened to my issues. She took her time with me and treated me like a patient and not just a patient number. Her staff were professional and very kind. I am glad she has a PA in her office to be there when she is out on delivery or surgeries. I highly recommend her.

I have been with Dr. Kruger for over 20 years. I was an older mom and she has delivered both of my children and I was high-risk. She is amazing and caring. She has seen me through several health complications and I have recommended her to many friends.

Dr. Krueger is a fabulous dr. I transferred to her office at about 20 weeks along with a high risk pregnancy. I have a heart condition, and she was the only physician out of a long list I talked to that would accept me. She has experience that allows her to confidently and skillfully care for most any pregnancy and yet I know she would not hesitate to refer me to a specialist if she felt there was an issue that needed further attention. I am now halfway through my second pregnancy with her and cannot recommend her highly enough. I rarely have to wait (and when I do, it’s not usually very long) to be seen and yet when she comes in, she knows me by name and spends time with me answering questions and explaining things when needed. I also appreciate that she will never order or pressure into more tests than are absolutely necessary. Her staff is great and the office is nice and maintained. Also, it may sound funny, but she doesn’t make you pee in a cup for your prenatal check ups. You just pee right on the little test strip and leave that in a cup. It’s silly, but any lady who was very pregnant and had to try to pee into one of those stupid little cups can appreciate how nice it would be to not have to do that—like ever! Dr Kruegar and NP Gretchen and the rest of the staff are AMAZING!!!! Caring, compassionate and helpful, the staff is always smiling and provide great customer service most of the staff have been with Dr Kruegar for 20+ years and that within itself says a lot about Dr Kruegar. Sometimes wait times are a little longer than expected but that is due to the valued time she spends with each patient and answering questions and not just making patients feel rushed she really spends quality time with her patients and that to me is very important in a doctor I want to know my time is valued and that all of my questions and concerns are addressed and answered. NP Gretchen is the newest member to the staff and she is beyond amazing she has a very sweet and compassionate demeanor and you can tell that she truly loves what she does. There is simply no better OB/Gyn. Dr. Krueger deeply cares for her patients and it shows. Compassion is standard practice along with her amazing medical care. She goes above and beyond her standard call of duty, is comforting and does not mind educating her patient while taking the steps to give them the best care in every aspect of her refined physician skills. I am beyond thankful for her as she has helped me through difficulties getting pregnant, issues during pregnancy, as well as every other situation that comes with being a woman. Dr. Krueger has been my doctor for more that 25 years and she has done EVERYTHING to/for me and my wife Deborah to include delivering our gorgeous daughter Marina. She is so good at her job that she goes in and sees you and already knows what she needs to do! Way to GO Dr. Krueger! We Love you! We have "COMPLETE" faith in you! I would defiantly refer a woman to Dr. Krueger! I see her once a year for my annual exam and at other times if something come up and Dr. Krueger is always helping me with what ever my issue is and answers questions and gives advice I can use and relate to. I very much value her as a physician and I can really tell she cares about me, so I know she cares for her patients! Thank you Dr. Krueger and thank you to your staff also for always helping me and also for just being good people to deal with.

Any time I visit Dr. Krueger, I come away feeling like I've spoken to a family member. She is a great listener and explains things thoroughly. She has been my doctor since the later 1990's. When I have been worried about something, she has always put my mind at ease. I thank her and her awesome staff members. They are awesome. So efficient and responsive. Again, visits feel like family.

Even though the patient is an old lady who consulted that office for many many years, still they didn’t want to book an urgent appointment. Don’t count on them! They don’t care!

The front desk lady is extremely rude, I called to ask a simple question which she clearly did not understand and before I could even finish explaining she blurred out a dry "NO" and hung up. So much for treating patients with respect.

The staff is awful and rude. Front desk lady was annoyed by my questions. She wanted me to go to planned parenthood when I was asking for an appointment with the Dr Krueger.

Dr. Krueger and her office have been wonderful and supportive. I started seeing her in July when I found out I was pregnant and from the start, I have felt very comfortable with her and recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor.

Everybody knows that gynecology exams are not the most comfortable, to say the least! However, Gretchen, the Nurse Practitioner, is kind, very gentle, and professional. She was not in any rush, making sure all my questions were answered. Kudos to Dr. Krueger for hiring someone of such high caliber to assist her! Although I was not seen by Dr. Krueger, she was highly recommended to me by my daughter, who swears by her. Additionally, Dr. Krueger was named a 2018 Top Doctor in Texas!

Just calling to try and set up an appointment, I could tell the office staff would be difficult to work with and don’t love their jobs. Which is unfortunate because it seemed the the physician had great reviews. I decided not to schedule with them and scheduled with a different OB-GYN.

All the staff especially the front desk receptionists are extremely unprofessional and rude, whether it’s in person or over the phone. I asked for my test result to be emailed to me and the staff said that the service is currently not working!!?? I meant they were telling me that fax is working but not email!!!? What kind of service is that and what era are we in??! I needed my medical record and they couldn’t provide or even help me to get that record!? No direction or help provided by the staff! And the record wasn’t even uploaded to the stupid app that they are using! I called in to ask for a very simple thing and she couldn’t help. She just hung up without saying good bye or sorry. Just hung up!! She could had at least offer to email to me “when the email is working” but she didn’t! I felt that she just didn’t want to do it. I mean, people come on, email is not working at the moment is an unacceptable excuse she gave!!! Now, I was left without getting my record and treated extremely rude by the staff! Very frustrated! Best dr ever Dr Krueger completed a difficult task on me with out cutting me open ! Did not take easy way out !Very compassionate gentle and sincere! She really knows her stuff! Forever grateful to her !

I was referred to Dr. Krueger over 10 years ago. She was there to deliver my two boys and to provide support and comfort for two of my miscarriages. She had always been very sweet with a lot of energy. I have frequently referred my co workers to her.

I started to have abnormal bleeding & called to see if I should be worried. When I talked to her, she basically scolded me for calling her 2 days before the end of the yr, which is a busy time for them b/c of insurance. I understand they were swamped, but I was concerned about what was happening. They were short with me and didn't really answer questions I had. It would've gone better if she kindly said it didn't seem to be an emergency and she'd call back in a few days.

Dr. Roberta is the kindest, sweetest and of course professional gynecologist I've ever had. I cringe at the thought of her ever retiring. I found her on this website and wanted to provide my feedback.

Dr. Krueger is a top rated OB/GYN. She is very confident in her work and she does an outstanding job. The other doctor was going to butcher me when I had fibroids. Thank goodness I sought a second opinion as Dr. Krueger reviewed my medical records and told me "I can cut them off". And she did.
