Dr. Robert Jackson Young III

Arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment (as I was instructed) just to wait 3 hours! During that time I had to listen to the staff carry on inappropriate and unprofessional conversations. The optician was pushy and incompetent, especially when it came to my vision insurance benefits. However, the blonde front receptionist was polite, professional, and extremely helpful and the doctor did provide a thorough exam. But i'll be finding a new doctor with a better environment and team.

Your eyes cannot be in better hands than Dr. Young's; he is excellent, very experienced, and truly cares. His dry sense of humor can be misunderstood by some, while truly delightful to others. He did cataract surgery on both of my eyes and my husband's and we wouldn't think of going to anyone else, nor recommending anyone else.

I would surely recommend Dr. Young and his staff to family and friends. I had been going to my previous eye doctor for 20 years and never got the feeling that he and his staff cared about me as a person. Just a number. Dr. Young takes his time and explains your condition and procedure he will use to great lengths.
