Dr. Wilson has retired. He deserves it.

This doctor's office practices overcoding in regards to billing and medical services rendered. Went to an initial appointment with the assumption it was preventive and to establish primary care which is covered in my health plan 100%. Received a bill for a "treatment" appointment which was not covered. When I called to question the bill their medical billing lady was rude and accused me of wanting her to commit fraud. Really??? I can only assume they bill as much as they can to increase $

I love this practice. Dr Wilson chose carefully when he picked his practitioners to work in his office. I personally see Mary Dolan, she is wonderful. I always feel like I'm talking to my best friend. She is great at listening and helping come up with solutions to any issues I may be dealing with. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, I have never had to wait an extended time to be seen, and have never been made to feel I have put them out by needing to be seen on short notice.

Do not come to this doctor for a referral for a mental illness. I've been seeing Dr. Wilson since I was a little kid. I had a mental breakdown and needed help. I couldn't speak and was scared of everything. He told me I hope they tie you up and lock you in a hospital. Something people would think they would hear if they were a psychopathic murderer. That was not the case clearly. I was there to seek help because I was suicidal and could not speak. He was rude and uncaring toward me.
