Dr White is the best I haven't been to the dentist in about 15yrs because I was afraid of the needles that was one of my fears.Dr.White assured me that I wouldn't feel a thing and when I tell you that I didn't feel it he is Awesome no one else can touch my mouth but Dr.White..and I must also say his assistant & his staff are wonderful..

I made appointments way back in the beginning of this year for my sons. Couldn’t get in until June. Ok, fine. Here it is the day before their appointments and I call this place to confirm the appointments and see WHY no one had called me to confirm the appointments. They claim they had been trying to reach me but had the wrong number, supposedly a digit off, to tell me the hygienist would be out of town for 2 weeks and their appointments would have to be rescheduled for September. Are you freaking kidding me. I don’t believe they had the wrong number but ok. You could’ve sent me something in the mail to say we’ve been trying to reach you. Worst dentist ever, did a very bad rush job on my husband teeth!! Then had the nerve to get angry when I told him about it!

This dentist provided dentures that ultimately never fit properly. Additionally they billed me a copy over the amount that was necessary based on my insurance plan. Once I got my insurance company involved, it was determined that the practice violated the contract with the insurance company, and had to refund me the significant amount.

Dr. White was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the appointments schedule is a mess. For follow up appointments you need to wait in average two months because is full. Today I was supposed to have two appointments, my husband’s and mine. When I called in the morning to confirm at what time was the appointments the lady over the phone said she only confirmed my husband’s and she cancelled mine because I didn’t confirmed, she confirmed with my husband couple of days prior the appointment but she told me the number that have on file to confirm my husband’s was the same number where she confirmed the other appointment. So, I miss my appointment because the office decided to cancel it without a reasonable reason. Every time I called to the office number I had to call more that 6 times to get answered. Dr. White is awesome! He is the only dentist that I trust to perform any type of dental procedure on me. My son and I both have been a patient of Dr. White for over 8 years.

Amazing Dr and staff. They're all a loving family.

I've been seeing Dr. White and his staff of professionals for over 10yrs. Always a great experience, even when the news isn't favorable! If you are looking for a new dentist office, I would highly recommend Fairburn Family Dentistry!
