Wonderful staff. Dr. Wayment is thorough. He explains evetything in layman terms. His recommendations and follow up are right on the mark. Can't ask for a better doctor.

Dr Wayment was very pleasant and thoroughly explained the tests, I appreciate the way he handled a very touchy and tough prognosis.

Both Dr Wayment and Sherry were great and I highly recommend.He was gentle and provided great care. It would have been nice to have something written to refer to regarding what to expect post op at home what is normal and what to watch for if something was going wrong.

To get done what had to be done I am glad I was sent to Dr. Wayment by my primary care physician. Dr. Wayment explained very carefully the procedure and then when the time came he performed it very skillfully. I expected some pain and discomfort but had none. He is a great Dr. with a good bedside manner.

I thought the experience was very competent and professional, except I was kept waiting for longer than expected. The doctor was very personable and I would seek his services if needed in the future.

My aunt was referred to Dr Wayment's office after a trip to the emergency room left her with a catheter. I called his office today in an attempt to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, we will never know if Dr. Wayment is a good physician or not because the woman helping to schedule the appointment was so rude that I chose to schedule with another clinic. She was struggling to hear how my aunt's last name was spelt. She seemed put out that I didn't know whether or not my aunt had previously been seen at the clinic. My aunt hasn't lived in the area for long but has had various appointments with different clinics in the area. The woman was quite rude when informing me that she needed to start a new file for my aunt. I felt as though she didn't appreciate having to take the trouble to fill in the information for a new patient. The final straw for me was when she was gathering contact information for my aunt. She asked for my aunt's phone number. I have provided my aunt with a phone, but she is disabled. She uses the phone to make outgoing phone calls, but I have never seen her answer it. If she did answer it, it is unlikely that she'd be able to understand what the doctor's office was saying or capture any upcoming appointment information. For this purpose, it is always best if these phone calls come to my phone. Then, even if I pass the phone on to my aunt, I am aware that there is information I am needing to ensure is gathered. I provided this woman with all of this information, but she refused to proceed without my aunt's direct cell phone line (versus my number which acts as the home number for my home where my aunt lives). I informed the woman that I would seek an appointment elsewhere because I did not appreciate her attitude. Sadly, it is often disagreeable staff at the front desk that prevents patients from being able to work with good doctors. We scheduled with Tanner clinic and were very happy with the process - they were able to get my aunt in within 48 hours. I've never had good experiences with Ogden Clinic since moving to the area in 2016, and I doubt that I'll ever again attempt to schedule an appointment with any of their physicians. Excellent doctor. Took time to explain everything and I felt I was in the good care.

It’s really nice to have a good checkup with a happy Doctor.

Dr Wayment is both very professional and personable. Always wonderful service.

Very efficient while being very thorough. AND Dr. Wayment is just fun to be around. Makes you feel like your his very favorite patient!

Don’t question his testing technique in terms of accuracy. He gets rather defensive that “ been done thousands of times”. Well in my situation I suspected that it could be handled more accurately. He did not want to hear my complaint and abruptly ended with his diagnosis. Could have been handled better.

Dr. Wayment AND his team have consistently been upfront, honest, thorough, explorative, and quick to serve and respond. That team is my team.....and now three years later, I am just as convinced.

I was super nervous for my procedure and Dr. Wayment and all the nurses were very professional and answered all my questions. And when it was time for the procedure it was super quick and painless.

Dr. Robert Wayment is a caring and knowledgeable physician. He has been the best in every aspect of my care, showing personal interest and concern for me as a patient. I highly recommend him.

I found Dr.Wayment was very clear on the decisions that was made.The health issues I have was addressed in full. The next step was scheduled and will be made soon.

This office is one of the most poorly run office’s of ANY I’ve been in. Maybe Dr. Wayment is good, maybe Jessica Meents is good, but how would I know, they don’t bother coming in to any of the many appointments I’ve been to, over the past 2 months. They never call back. My husband had been to the emergency room and the physician at the ER said to contact his urologist, in the morning, before his first catheter. Three phone calls, explaining the urgency, didn’t get one medical person on the phone, until 5:00 pm, when Jessica called and said, “Oh they should have gotten me for an emergency “. However, another ER visit and phone calls to Wayments office, asking to speak to Jessica or Wayment, resulted in the exact same outcome, no phone call back. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Wayment to my enemy. If you are looking for a urologist, keep looking. This office is one of the most poorly run office’s of ANY I’ve been in. After a very long wait, we finally got under way. My nerves were very uptight, which made things difficult for Dr. Wayment and his nurse. Thankfully, he soldier through my anxiety and took the time necessary to do a complete examination.
