Great ENT very knowledgeable, diagnoised my son when no one else could. Others were over medicating my son. I immediatly looked for a ENT specialist, and found someone who listened and knows his profession well. Great care, thorough. I am very appalled at the lack of professionalism seen at this office. I have been here several times and today when my husband needed to be seen I was refused entry and also refused the right to speak in person with the doctor. It seems that his “nurses” are stepping over there qualifications and roles and telling the doctor what to do. They are specialty nurses that are trained in ENT not other things and when a patient with Severe PTSD and claustrophobia needs to be seen they denied the wife admittance with him. This is pure disrespect on the part of his nurse and he as the doctor was aware and tolerated this some his lack of compassion for his patient. I called to make an appt with Dr Spears on March 1 for some nasal discomfort. When the nurse informed me that they could take me on March 3 I was very clear that I could not do March 3rd and we agreed on March 10 @ 9:50am at the Sonterra location. The morning of March 10 I tried to call and confirm I was still good for my appt before I drove my way over there being that I never received any email confirmation or phone call to remind me of my appt. I called multiple times with no answer and left a voicemail. Finally I called another time when I was 10 min away and was put on hold for over 5 min before a nurse came on the line and told me that they didn’t have me down for March 10 but for March 3 and they couldn’t see me today until 11am which was not possible for me. Very very frustrating being that it takes a lot for me to step away from my job to go to appts. Completely unorganized and there is definitely a lack of communication with their patients. I’m sure Dr Spears is a great doctor but it’s just the obstacles of the unprofessional staff you have to get through to see him. My husband, Larry Ibrom, had an appt with Dr.Robert Spears on Sept 29, 2020. Larry was very impressed with Dr. Spears. Doc wants Larry to have an x-ray taken of his nasal passage. As of today, Oct. 27, there has not been any appt for an x-ray. Larry has made numerous phone calls to office and was told that an Alisa was to get back with him about appt for an x-ray. There has been no contact with Alisa. Meanwhile, my husband continues to have discomfort in his nasal area. Can someone from Dr. Spears office please help him? Dr Spears is Professional and Friendly! He is also very knowledgeable and speaks to you as an equal and on your level! He is a Great Doctor! I would highly recommend him! And he has done surgery on me and procedures in his office!

My father and daughter have been seen by Dr Speers and the time and attention he took with them is amazing. He is amazing and so is the staff.

Dr. Spears is one of the best Doctors I've ever seen. His compassionate nature always excedes my expecations. He never rushes me or brushes off any of my questions or concerns. He pays attention to everything I tell him and everything I'm concerned about. He always has a strong plan of action to help me and has a plan for those findings which ever way the results come back. I always know that I'm going to get better after a visit with Dr. Spears. His team and office staff are the best!!!

I just saw Dr Spears today I have both ears impacted with wax because my ear canal is very narrow, he cleaned out both ears and I can hear perfectly again!! He's really gentle and super affordable!! Really funny nice guy also I would recommend him to anyone that needs an ent I will be going to him regularly for allergies and ear cleanings.
