I had been in pain for over six months. It had gotten to the point of stopping my work and most of my life. But with Dr. Smith's help I've been improving significantly, and am back to work again!

When I met Dr. Smith I was more sick that I realized at the time. I had chronic yeast infections, skin problems, my mood and mental status would swing wildly throughout my cycle, and I barely had enough energy to be a mom and work 10-13 hours per week. Dr. Smith was the first in a long string of providers who actually listened to me. He looked at the whole constellation of my symptoms and experiences without writing them off as just "being female" or just "depression" or it all being "just in my head." He identified several nutritional deficiencies that main stream medicine hadn't even bothered to look for. He took a very scientific, investigative approach to treatment - looking for the root causes of my many issues. I particularly appreciated this because I and my husband are scientists too and his approach made sense. With in weeks of beginning his recommended regimen I had more energy and more stable mental health than I had had in many many years. Ultimately it took four more years, two immunologists, and two gynecologists to correct the chronic yeast (I did need a prescription anti-fungal for several months). But Dr. Smith set me on the healing path. He helped me begin healing my gut lining and correct nutritional deficiencies, which eliminated complicating factors and helped other doctors to then be able to identify and correct the yeast issue. I still use several of the supplements that he introduced me to. Today I have the energy to be mom, work full time, and attend grad school - all at the same time! Dr. Smith has been treating g me for TMJ and results are very good. My sharp shooting pain is gone and I find that my teeth are now in proper alignment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Smith for treatment of TMJ.

I've known Dr. Smith personally for many years. If you are looking for safe alternatives to treat conditions other than costly prescription drugs, then he is your go to doctor. Dr. Smith is a uniquely dedicated professional that goes above and beyond with his patients. I have been to many doctors that were quick to prescribe various heavy drugs without addressing the core issues behind them. Dr. Smith immediately addresses the important role nutrition and environmental toxins play in our day to day health, and he is patient in explaining what things might affect us medically and why. With his help, I have been able to completely stop taking the many medications I was on previously, and I have never felt healthier. Dr. Smith has been treating both my husband and myself for several months. I have seen a dozen or more doctors in different areas of specialty over the years that have all just written me various expensive prescriptions with long lists of side effects only to mask my symptoms. Dr. Smith is the first doctor I have ever had to actually try to get to the root cause of my problems and treat the actual problems, not just the symptoms. I started setting Dr. Smith for migraines on a referral from a friend of mine. I had never seen a chiropractor before so was a little nervous. I am so glad I went. After years of suffering with migraines, Dr. Smith has been the only doctor that has not only been able to give me relief without medication, but also find the cause of the migraines. Much to my surprise, it was only partially caused by a neck issue. Through testing as a chiropractic internist he was able to pinpoint some dietary triggers. I first met Dr. Robert Smith in early 2000 for a neurological condition which at least four “Specialist” were unable to diagnose. Dr. Smith, a Chiropractor, as able to accurately diagnosis me with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, which was later confirmed by a Neurologist who was able to successfully treat it because of Dr. Smith’s early diagnosis. I am now free the symptoms of that horrific condition, and have been for nearly 15 years. He is currently treating me for "Sensory Neuropathy".

I was having very painful bouts of cholecystitis (gall bladder) for weeks. I couldn't eat or drink anything without pain.
