We are very disappointed with this office. They are not willing to see patients in person and suggest going to an urgent care office for any health related issues. Their telahealth screenings have been a waste of time, they charge extra fees that go above and beyond your co-pay and in the end they will suggest going to see urgent care. We have experienced this 4 times in the past 4 months.... Not sure how they can call themselves a family care office.

Hes great best Dr I've ever seen

I’ve been seeing Dr Sims since 2006 and can’t imagine ever having to change physicians. He is a wonderful Dr who is also personable and takes the time to discuss your history etc. I trust his judgement.

Dr. Sims is a great example of what a family doctor should be. He actually knows and remembers me, and is always willing to take time to listen to me and talk through treatment options for whatever is ailing me at the time.

I had Dr. Sims as a Dr for several years. I thought he was pretty good. I called to make an appointment and was told I was no longer an "active" patient. I'm extremely healthy, so I don't go to the Dr every year. This is a horrible policy and a horrible experience for a Dr to put on their patients.

I have always been treated with respect and patience when visiting Dr. Sims. He explains clearly, answers all questions and one never feels rushed during a visit. He takes all the time necessary for you to have all your concerns adequately addressed. His manner is very pleasant and professional.

As a Doctor I highly recommend Dr. Sims. If you need to talk to someone at the practice dont hold your breath. I have been going there for 6 yrs and not once have I ever gotten through to talk to anyone when I call. Always have to leave a message and pray they call in 2 or 3 day or not at all.

Dr Sims has always been up front to me with any issue I may have had. If you want to talk to someone at the office forget it. Leave a message and hope they call back

Dr. Sims is absolutely the best!!!! He spends needed time with me and answers all of my questions. He so thorough and so kind, with an amazing bedside manner. I have referred many people to him and will continue to do so.
