Dr. Robert Benjamin Sica

I've been to Dr. Sica's practice three times so far and while I think the doctors on my case so far are being pretty helpful (they aren't very informative, nor warm nor helpful as I'd like--and I understand that it is the middle of a pandemic). But I feel like the front desk, so far through my experience, hasn't been very patient or kind. They have a tendency to sound annoyed with you when you're asking questions. I understand CSR is a hard job as I am in the medical field--but they need a better sounding and helpful staff. My experience hasn't been that great because of them.

Dr. Sica has no compassion for female patients. He labels them as "hysterical" which is so insulting and disgusting. He only cares about making money from lawyers. Since he has no interest in helping his female patients he should retire so he doesn't hurt any more female patients. Dr. Sica, words matter. You don't belong in this profession.

Sadly, we trusted the specialist. He diagnosed my father 5 years ago with Dementia. We were not aware, & dr. Sica did not inform us, that there was any medications to help his condition. After a year, my dad returned, was retested. The only result-further "slippage." He decided he didn't want to return anymore to hear that again. Once again, no mention of Aricept or Namenda. They could've helped back then.
