Horrible horrible doctor, Spent $5000 on braces for my son and then had to pay another $4000 for another MD to set them correctly

So far, so good! Great experience with my son’s free consult. Dr. Ritucci and his staff where friendly, thorough and very clear throughout the appointment.

Dr. Ritucci is an excellent orthodontist. He thoroughly explains the plans and progress at each visit. All the staff members are kind and courteous. Best of all, both of my daughters’ teeth now look perfect!

So far we have had a very positive experience ! Everyone has been very helpful and attentive throughout the entire process.

Dr.Ritucci is the absolute best in our area for Orthodontic care. We would not have chosen anyone else to take care of our son's teeth.

Staff are great and extremely helpful and accommodating. My son's teeth look great. Highly recommend.

As always Dr. Ritucci was wonderful! He was very thorough and explained everything very well. Our son was so comfortable with him and is even looking forward to seeing him again!

Five stars! Because I have nothing bad to say about this doctor's office. This place is run like an oiled machine it runs so smooth. Fastest way in a doctor's office anywhere ever! All staff are professional and friendly. I wish I could take my kids to this office for every doctor's appointment they have. Love it!

I am sorry to say that I have ended up with many issues due to the fact that I was not a good candidate for braces. Here is why. After my braces were taken off my bite was completely off I felt like I was biting into a rock. When I expressed that to the doctor Ritucci his explanation was “you will get used to it!!!!!”. I have done zillion of dental procedures and I expressed to him that can’t be! So he referred me to my dentist that cost me $4500.00!!! To replace two caps! I still have many issues that ultimately will cost me thousands of dollars to fix! This experience has devestaed me and has caused me many other issues ie: depression. I have tried communicating the matter with him but he doesnt seem to grasp the aganoy I have faced! I am very disappointed!! We are very happy with Dr. Ritucci and his staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and flexible with scheduling.

Very accommodating for scheduling, payment plans. Always professional in a welcoming environment. Excellent orthodontic care!

Quick efficient appointments, flexible with appointment times for 2 patients, and orthodontic results are (so far) excellent. Conscientious and professional staff who treat my children, and us, well.

Very accommodating and understanding of crazy schedules. I love that I can bring my girls in first thing in the morning and get it done and over. It can be very hard when you have two kids going through two different treatments but they do their best to get them on the same schedule. Excellent and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Office staff is super friendly and Dr. Ritucci is always running on-time. It is the only doctor's office I do not have to wait in. You are very accommodating with school/sports schedules. Thank you for offering evening and Saturday hours.

I love that this is the ONLY Dr's office I've ever been to that takes you in the minute you walk through the door. There has been times I didn't even get to sit yet. It is so easy to make plans around your visit because you know you will be in and out in no time. Office is so clean. Games for the kids in the waiting room are a plus and I think the monthly challenge game they offer is great! ALL staff is wonderful!! Always friendly and helpful. I really am impressed with the overall professionalism and organization of this office. Very happy I chose to get my kids braces here. The service is quick and appointment times are flexible enough to work with our busy schedule. The receptionists are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The boys like Dr Ritucci and don’t mind coming to the orthodontist at all. Dr Ritucci does a great job explaining the treatment process.

The office staff are very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that we never have to wait. It is nice that this office understand our time is valuable.

Our family would recommend Dr. Ritucci to anyone looking for an orthodontist! Our oldest daughter received braces a year ago and every visit has been a wonderful experience. Without a doubt I'll be coming to his office when it comes time for our younger daughters to receive braces as well. Dr. Ritucci and everyone working at both offices are extremely professional and friendly! They are very accommodating and I never have an issue making or rescheduling appointments. I'm truly grateful!
