Great Dr but..... I would always schedule my appointments for the first of the day and the guy can’t seem to get to work on time. I’m talking over an hour late every single appointment I had with him. I liked him as a person and good bed side manor but he didn’t respect my time. Great guy who listens then addresses the issues. Friendly and very kind and thorough. I will never go anywhere else. Don't mind the extra distance to get there for quality and accurate care. Team Ritchie all the way

Wouldn’t advise anyone to see him, unless you have all day to wait! In 23 years I never waited less than an hour and almost got let go from my job for mixup of Dr notes returning to work. After 23 years devoted to this Dr he ended up visiting with his children and grandchildren during my appointment time while I was waiting with a fever and flu to be seen. When I commented I could’ve rescheduled my time I all of a sudden became the bad person, what a shame...shame on him!

Cold, rude and terrible support staff. These people judge you and will not listen to you.. Find someone who cares,!

Love love LOVE Dr Ritchie! I've been seeing him my whole life as has my family. He is fantastic. Seriously couldn't imagine having anyone else. He listens and always works with you to find the best treatment for your problem. He's funny, kind, caring, and completely out of the box but in a good way! Always look forward to seeing him (minus the reason I'm having to see him). I recommend him to everyone.

The wait time just to get in his exam room is unreasonable to say the least and once you FINALLY get called back into the exam room, your wait time is going to be another 30 minutes up to 1 hour. If you don't have a list of problems you want to discuss with him or questions, most likely he will close his little computer down before you can discuss everything you want to address with him. The last 2 times I saw him, he was not helpful at all. I am currently looking for another doctor.
