Dr. Robert A Rieti

He takes the time to listen to my issues and explain my condition thoroughly.

Dr. Rieti was recently relocated. The new office is much more chaotic and I was left waiting longer than usual. I wasn't told the doctor was running behind until I was being ushered into an exam room. Perhaps they could take a note from their competitors play book and post that behind the reception desk for all to see. Dr. Rieti was as kind as ever.

Ever since I’ve been diagnosed as having to use a CPAP machine to help me sleep at night (and NOT wake up because I feel like I’m being suffocated when I’m sleeping) Dr. Reiti has been my sleep doctor. He has Always listened to everything I gave to say, and answered all of my questions. He’s Never rushed me to get in and out of his office to get to his next patient like some doctors do, he’s a very caring doctor and his staff is wonderful too!!

We talked about my COPD, and the causes.

Dr. Rieti is the kindest, most professional doctor I have ever met. He really listens to you, never rushes you, and always asks if you are okay with his treatment plan for you. Prompt, nice and knowledgeable

Dr. Rieri is one of my favorite doctors. He actually listens to you and answers your questions.

I have been a patient of Dr Rieti for 10+ years. He always has the patient’s best interest in mind and is very good at explaining conditions and recommended treatment.

I had a sleep study done. I was very comfortable and at ease with the study. Everything was explained to me ahead of time so I understood what was expected of me and what was going to be done.

As you enter the building you will be asked a few COVID related questions and given a mask to wear (instead of your own, if wearing one). I like that they’re being vigilant. Reaching the office I found the staff to be extremely nice and helpful. Dr Rieti is a doll per usual. He is kind having a gentle calm demeanor. I was impressed by his professional and nonjudgmental nature in recommending a weight loss Dr after I brought up the subject. I will continue my care thru Dr Rieti. This was an office visit for initial consultation following an x-ray procedure at another facility. The resulting report was alarming relative to my lung status. My husband & I had been extremely anxious as to what plan of treatment would be necessary. When we checked in at the office, the young woman was very pleasant & helpful. The RN that took me & my husband back to the exam room & took vitals, reviewed my history was proficient & also pleasant. Then, Dr. Rieti entered, and, a "calm" took hold in the room. His demeanor was one that showed such interest in me as the patient & professionalism as he explained his thoughts in review of the x-ray report. To summarize, he totally disagreed with the assessment in the x-ray report & identified a more positive diagnosis. We were elated, to say the least! He is going to present my case at the next Nodule Clinic. He said, "This gives us more eyes." He spent so much time with us & gave us such "good news" that we were on "Cloud 9" when we left. What we expected would be a "gloom & doom" experience turned out to be very positive one all due to Dr. Rieti. We want to express great appreciation to him & the staff. Dr. Rieti is a very personable and through physician.

Dr. Rieti and staff are friendly and they take the time to listen to what you have to say.

Dr Rieti and his staff go above and beyond to care for his patients. If you need a referral outside of his office he personally will ensure this is followed up and follow your treatment. Words can not express the quality you are provided by Dr Rieti and his staff.

As my parents age, my sisters and I have in the course of their care come in contact with a plethora of pulmonologists, cardiologists, oncologists, geriatric specialists, gastroentologists, and other medical specialists. Of all of the physicians involved in their treatment, Dr. Rieti is unique in that he gives his patients not only his medical expertise, but care with extreme compassion, kindness, and affection that goes above and beyond professional obligation. Dr. Rieti cares about my family in a way I've never before experienced with a doctor. When my parents were hospitalized simultaneously for different medical problems, he fought with us to have them put in the same room against hospital regulations, an action that allowed them to spend the last days of their 53-year marriage together. When my father passed away soon after, Dr. Rieti's office staff came to his funeral (in Southern Illinois, about than an hour away from his practice in Evansville). Before my parents met Dr. Rieti as patients, they did not know him and had no connection at all to him. He took them into his care and under his wing in an exceptional way. We are so fortunate to be part of his patient family, and I recommend highly and without reservation to anyone seeking pulmonary care in the Evansville tri-state area.
