I am a work in progress with Dr Reynolds for my stage IV inflammatory breast cancer

Dr. Reynolds is an amazing doctor!! He diagnosed my blood disease in a week when most hematologists take months to diagnose this disease. The staff is outstanding as well!!! I highly recommend!!

Dr. Reynolds has helped keep me alive since i was diagnosed with lung cancer in December of 2018. He is very caring and personable. He is absolutely wonderful! His nurses are excellent also. My fiancee' has AIP and sees Dr. Hapani at this same location as Dr. Reynolds. My fiancee had an attack and was hospitalized at Mercy, for some reason Reynolds ordered ALL medications to be stopped, which sent her spiraling in to a worse attack than when she went in to the ER with. No reason was given, nothing was communicated. Not okay. My fiancee' has AIP and sees Dr. Hapani at this same location as Dr. Reynolds. My fiancee' has AIP and sees Dr. Hapani at the same location as Dr. Reynolds' practice. My fiancee had an attack and was hospitalized at Mercy, for some reason Reynolds ordered ALL medications to be stopped, which sent her spiraling in to a worse attack than when she went in to the ER with. I'm not sure why he was attending to her, but he needs to leave patients alone that he doesn't understand what he's doing or how to treat them. Stick with cancer treatment, bud.....this ain't your wheelhouse, apparently. Call Hapani if you need help reading the charts

Unprofessional receptionist, doctors, and nurses. They never return phone calls. Just plain unprofessional and rude.

He was my breast cancer dr. Great doctor great staff.

Didn’t read lab results correctly. Asked him 3 times to email lab work from bone marrow biopsy to my primary. Never did. Just emailed his assessment. He did print out lab results for me which when I took to my pcp she was shocked because it didn’t match his diagnosis. Searching for new hematologist oncologist!

I have had the best experience with Dr. Reynolds. He doesn’t dismiss any questions or concerns I have had EVER. I spend very little time in the waiting room and his staff does an amazing job. He is so helpful and reassuring. I 10/10 recommend him.

I had stage 4 cancer and he spent weeks working with other doctors around the U.S. to obtain information to save my life!!! He has excellent bedside manners and is super informative and beyond caring to the patient and to the family. W am now cancer free....8 years later! Thank you, Dr. Reynolds!
