I have used the Island Pond Health Center and Dr. Primeau for over 10 years. I had excellent care. If I register a complaint which he is not familiar with he does research on it and gets back to me. Even called me at home to check on me. The person who put in the review of the dentist should not be hear because his name is Dr. Parenteau. Dr. Parenteau is not sympathetic to children with a fear of the dentists. The dentist snapped at my child to "quit talking" when my child was trying to tell us he was in alot of pain and then rolled his eyes at me when I expressed my concern for his not allowing him to talk. Saw Dr. Primeau once in place of my usual, Dr. St. John, both are superior dentist and due a great job. I have had extensive work done with Dr. St. John and could not have been happier. Have had several cleanings with Stacy Henry the dental hygienist, so kind and wonderful. They have the most updated equipment, the office is clean and very inviting. The office staff more than friendly, helpful, from calling to remind about appointments or letting me know the cost upfront and also the discount when cash is paid.
