Dr. Robert Benjamin Pompa

Dr. Pompa is a wonderful, warm, humane physician. I've been a patient of his for years. His billing rep is however, horrendous. He deserves better. He should clean house in this department, as she does NOT represent his interests well. The most offensive woman I've ever had to deal with on the phone in a medical office. I literally had to hang up on her yelling at me twice! Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this wonderful Dr, as a result of being mishandled and screamed at by his inept billing representative. I hope to hear back from Dr. Pompa. Very personable, knowledgeable, and great manner. Knew exactly what my issue was. Highly recommend.

Dr. Pompa is a wonderful, warm and reliable Dr. His billing representative is a nightmare! Such a contrast between them. Like Jekyll & Hyde! I had to hang up on her twice as she was yelling at me! A patient! I'll never return unfortunately. Unless she is replaced. There's NO excuse for yelling at a patient! Not to mention she can't do her job and bill insurance correctly!

A great professional office staff. Dr. Pompa is a kind and patient man who listens to your problems. I would never go to anyone else. He is a rarity in the field of doctors who really listen. His staff could not be more caring and helpful.

Dr. Pompa makes his patient feel cared for by being attentive, knowledgable, easy to talk to and most of all courteous. His office staff is friendly and organized. I've always had an easy time making appointments.

I have been a patient for more than 20 years. I highly recommend Dr Pompa.
