My mother was nearly brought to tears with her service. She had to wait an entire hour before being seen because of an “emergency situation” her dentist was facing. I understand that certain things happen but the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional. She called upon arrival and was told to wait in the car, which is understandable in the current health crisis, but she hadn’t been called back after 20 mins of waiting. Within this time we had seen several families enter the dentist office (maybe they say another dentist, I won’t pretend to know). After another 20 mins (11:40am at this point), she finally works up the nerve to call again only then to be informed of what’s going on. If someone is waiting in the parking lot for service, I believe at least a small bit of communication would be a kindness. Nearly everyone that had been seen in that time had exited the office before she even got to go it. Imagine making someone feel so small. My mother was nearly brought to tears with her service. Everyone was very kind and they did a great job! I hate the dentist but I’ll keep going to this one!!!

Dr. Robert Murrell is a terrific dentist who has taken care of my teeth for more than 20 years. If you have a dental emergency, he's there for you. I highly recommend him.

Great dentists! Knowledgeable, caring and dedicated to their patients, they certainly went the extra mile with me-- Had dental implants that thanks to the pandemic stretched out a bit - and when I ran into a problem they got it resolved right away. Wonderful team of people, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Entire staff is very friendly. Zero complaints about any visits I’ve had.

Dr. Murrell is the best dentist my family has ever encountered and we could not recommend him enough. My daughter broke off her front tooth the night before her senior prom and Dr. Murrell saw her the same night! He evaluated her and the following day was able to put a temporary crown on what was left of the tooth. My child looked amazing in her prom pictures and nobody would have ever guessed that, less than 20 hours before, she was a toothless bloody mess. We will be forever thankful to Dr. Murrell for his expertise, skill, kindness, and compassion. We have an absolute trust and confidence in him and recommend him and his very professional staff to all our friends. Suffering from dental anxiety and not being the easiest patient to deal with, Dr.Murrell & his staff have repeatedly shown me nothing but patience, concern for my comfort, and high quality care. Along with the outstanding service and genuine care I have received from everyone there, the scheduling is continually carried out efficiently. I never wait a ridiculous amount of time to be seen. I feel like my time is valued and prioritized by Dr. Murrell and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Murrell! We have been seeing Dr. Murrell for almost 30 years...ALWAYS the most up-to-date, thorough, skilled, caring, competent, trustworthy dentistry; the office is ALWAYS personal, efficient, friendly, helpful. A blessing to have Dr. Murrell's practice in our lives!!! Top-rate health care professional!

Best in Tallahassee. Went to Toronto on business and ended up doing a cleaning up there. Even he dentist remarked on how well the filling I had was done.

The entire staff are pleasant and friendly. My children are also patients. We get appointments all together so I don't have to make multiple trips. I love the email and text reminders too.

Requested Murrell based on referral, and unknowingly ended up seeing Dr Silvers (didn't introduce himself, so I didn't know). Dr Silvers cracked my tooth while repairing a very small cavity. Came back with pain and sensitivity that had not subsided, and was told it was normal. Ended up having to go see an endodontist for a root canal.

I Love Dr. Murrell and Staff, He gives the best injection, and I never feel a thing. Great Staff!

Best dentists and hygienists in town.

Dr. Murrell is good but the billing office is horrible. The dentist is in my insurance's provider list but their office does not know. I spent time to investigate this and spent time to call the office to explain the situation when I was really busy with job. But then I continued to receive three more bills in within two months. I had to call many times more to settle this. The lady in billing office was always cold and never said sorry.

Dr. Silvers requested I set up a followup appointment to take care of a filling he noted on the x-rays. When I returned, was numbed up, and Dr. Silvers started working he said he was conducting a root canal and it would require a cap also. The cost difference was substantial (~$170 to pull the tooth vs $550 for the root canal +$1400 for the cap). I couldn't afford it and if asked would have had him pull the tooth or just left it. Dr. Silvers seemed like a pretty good guy but his action was distinctly misleading. Now, I am being billed for the $550 (and paying it along with the finance charges) but only have a broken tooth (the temp filling fell out then the remaining tooth broke) with a root canal to show for it. After doing the root canal, Dr. Silvers said he would remove the tooth, for an additional $170. Very disappointed. Dr. Murrell refilled and fixed my broken molar. It looks way better than it did before. He did a quick and painless job.
