Patient of Mohr, 11+years with L4&5 issues. During the time, Dr. Mohr promoted exercise, occasional injection for pain management, weight control, with surgery as a last resort. Recently, discovered I was losing feeling in fingertips & tingling, cold hands & electrical charges going throughout arms. Symptoms & MRI shown severely blown out disc in my cervical 3 area. There was emphasis on the severity of the injury. In this case, he was able to schedule & complete the surgery in 4 weeks. A week follow up produced amazing results, hands no longer tingled & neck was safe & secure with no impingement on spinal chord. Advanced Orthopedics team were attentive & knowledgeable through the entire process. Mohr has extensive knowledge and experience in cervical, thoracic and lumbar injuries. Best thing I appreciated, his personal confidence. Being nervous, he talked me through it like a friend explaining the fix was paramount and he could get it done. Makes you feel you are in the best hands!

my visit was very good with the Practician of Dr. More. he was very detailed and explained everything with present and upcoming treatments. He arranged for me to have an appointment with a Hip Dr. and therapy. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I was not impressed. I never even got to see Dr Mohr. A nurse practioner came in. There was no explanation of why I wasn’t seeing the doctor.

We scheduled to see Dr. Mohr specifically and have only seen his PA twice. Being a physician myself, I have requested for my mother to see Dr. Mohr for her compression fracture. It is a long drive for her and when she arrived, was told Dr. Mohr was not in the clinic but PA will see her. This is unacceptable after I have confirmed with them twice that she would like to see the doctor.

I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Mohr, his assistants, the Physical Therapy unit and staff, and the entire Advanced OSM organization in general. From pre-surgery, surgery, and post-surgery, everyone has been pleasant and courteous to a person. Good people, doing excellent work, when you need both the most. I highly recommend !

The doctor and his assistant were great in explaining my complex medical issues and the surgical options to address them. They listened to information about my status and problems. And they answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with their knowledge and interest in helping me, especially when other surgeons could not.

Ít is great, I was cairing for My problem.

My spine was so crooked with many bulging disc affecting nerves with cauda equina crowding. This was a difficult surgery that required great skill. I have spoken to many patients who have had this surgery. I am healing quite well and believe I have faired much better in my result than most patients on the other side of this type of surgery because of Dr. Mohr. Every day I'm better and not exhibiting any of the permanent disabilities some patients with this type of lumbar fusion (L3 to S1) surgery suffer from long term. Thank you Dr. Mohr for your care and skill in preserving my quality of life.

Met with Dr Mohr’s NP, Monica. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. Never felt rushed and took her time with genuine concern. The entire facility, from front to back, is run first class.

You may have to wait awhile to be seen but once Dr. Mohr is with you he takes his time. He listens well to what you have to say, explains things well and is very patient with all of my questions.

I did not have the pleasure of meeting Dr. Mohr. The substitute doctor I consulted with had no answer why my back hurts so much, I don't understand, why make a medical appointment, when the Dr. you want to see is not available? The nurse was unable to read or download my X-ray and MRI results, she ordered new X-rays, my question is: why did they tell me to bring those results, if they were not going to use them? yesterday I wasted my time and my money.

I scheduled an appointment with DR Mohr but didn't get to meet or see him,now the NP that came into the room was very nice but it would have been better if I was able to meet the orthopedic Doctor for the 1st time.i am scheduled in 8 weeks I hope he will be able to see me then.Everyone in the office was very pleasant and kind.

I had a very informative and pleasant meeting with Dr. Mohr. We went over several options and he explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needed a spine doctor.

Dr. Mohr and Staff have always been upfront and honest and most importantly attentive. They have given the time needed to properly understand the situation. My back is so much better and I am now doing Physical Therapy. I would not ever consider going anywhere else! I cannot say enough wonderful comments about them… I never thought my pain would ever go away so I could return to work as a firefighter in one of the busiest cities in the US. They made my back better and I plan to return to work after regaining my strength and endurance.

This was the worst doctors office I’ve ever dealt with. I would give negative stars if I could! I was a first time patient. I had to wait 45 min to see the nurse practitioner which I was never asked/told before that’s who I was seeing. As a first time patient I wanted to see the doctor. Upon leaving they gave me a few samples of a pain medication and told me they would send in a prescription for a muscle relaxer by the end of the day. That prescription was never sent it. I called and I was given excuses like , “the doctor was in surgery all day and could not sign off”, “the NP was also too busy to sign off”. TOO BUSY?? As a person in extreme pain these excuses were UNACCEPTABLE! They also blamed the electronic system, whatever that means. The next day I called again and was told the doctor did not sign off because he was in the OR and that no other doctor in the practice could sign off on it in his absence. So basically they did not care that I was in pain and there was no urgency

I saw his PA not him. PA did a great job explaining my issue & making a diagnosis.

My mom visit with Dr Mohr is ok. I have tried to call his office for so many times to get a procedure code to schedule a surgery at hospital for her, but have not received a call back. She has been suffering the pain for about 3 weeks.

Very short wait times. Everyone is courteous. Dr Mohr is easy to work with. He answers all questions with concern. Most importantly, the operation he performed did exactly as he had said. He told me I would have substantial but not 100% improvement. I feel great now.

Dr. Moho is very easy to talk to. He explains your condition in very understandable terms. He answers questions and doesn’t rush through your visit. He is very up to date and very knowledgeable in his field.

My original appointment time was changed to later in the day but I understand things come up. However, I arrived in time, filled out my paperwork and still waited close to an hour. Dr. Moyr’s assistant took me to my exam room, asked me if I had my MRI report from another doctor pertaining to my hip (my appointment was for my spine) and I told him I do not. He told me Dr. Moyr might need to see the report and left the room. He came back a minute later and told me I needed to get the hip MRI from the other doctor. I told him I had waited for this appointment for over 3 weeks (maybe longer) and he said I would have to reschedule. He walked me out to the check out and spoke to the receptionist and did not say another word to me. I will not be returning. The least the doctor could have done was get the process started for a spine MRI so I didn’t have to go through the process again.

Another successful yet surprising surgery by de mohr. He will forever be my favorite dr. As I lay here today with a different issue dr mohr came To see me and referred a special doctor For Me if that isn’t above the top I don’t know what is!!

Dr. Mohr is an excellent doctor and surgeon. Takes his time answering all questions. Makes sure you don't leave his office until you understand. Respects your appointment time too, which we all appreciated. His staff, Miss Lee and Mr. Martinez are fantastic. Very professional. Answering my every question promptly and very accommodating. I will highly recommend Dr. Mohr and his staff. I would not go anywhere else!

He is very through and is very kind in the way he explains the issues to the patient.

Can't rate Dr Mohr because I never saw him. Had a good P.A. Attend to me and read my x-rays. But I made the appointment with Dr Mohr. Would have expected to see him. The overall visit was good but didn't need to book at this office for a random P.A. They should have notified me when I made the appt. I would have gone elsewhere to see a board certified M.D.

Dr. Mohr was very thorough in his presentation and discussion of our concerns. He came up with a conservative but appropriate approach to treatment that was perfect for my daughter. HIGHLY recommend this physician and his staff. Dealing with AOSM is a pleasure. Highly helpful staff.
