Sadly I wasted $3900 on Dr. Milham's "health program." There was no improvement in my health at all. They lure you in with a pay up front program. They are very vague on the exact costs of services/products. I stopped going because nothing was changing. I requested a refund for the unused portion. They won't refund. Lesson learned ... don't do "pay up front" deals. Pay as you go is much safer.
