We called in the morning and got a same day appointment with Dr. Medler. He was friendly, personable and very thorough. He is caring and compassionate, taking time to develop the best course of treatment for us. We have been going to him for years and highly recommend him.

Dr Meddler is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. He understands how to work with teens who are bummed because they are missing out in sports. We have seen him several times over the years for various sports injuries and have been very satisfied every time.

Dr. Medler was fantastic!! He saw our 18 month old son because we had concerns with him not walking. You could tell Dr. Medler absolutely loves his job and working with children. Highly recommend him!!!

Dr. Medler did my ACL surgery and everything went great.

Dr. Medler took the time to explain to my 13-year-old in terms that were easy for him to comprehend. He went outside of explaining the injury and gave him personal stories so that my son could relate and understand the importance of warming up and stretching before sports. I’ve never had a doctor show that amount of interest in the well-being of my son. I will never forget that doctor’s appointment.13–year-olds think they know everything and parents don’t know anything. Watching my son be receptive of the information and the stories is something I am very grateful for. My son who is only 3 years old, what to go to a doctor for his foot, I am so glad I picked Dr. Medler. He took the time to play with my son when he brought his car in and made him feel really comfortable at his appointment. Dr. Medler and staff at Signature Orthopedics have always shown us nothing but excellent care. They take their time with us in the office and they have always been able to find an appointment time for us when an injury needs to be assessed, keeping us from an Urgent Care or Emergency Room.

Great listener!! Wonderful bedside manner with my anxious daughter. Took time to explain things to us.

Dr Medler treated my grandsons torn meniscus and ACL by surgically repairing both. He is an outstanding Doctor that provides excellent care. He is easy to talk to and answers all of our questions.

Dr medler is amazing he takes the time to talk to you and makes sure you fully understand what’s going on and he has a great sense of humor which is a plus in a doctor highly recommend!!

Dr. Medler has a wonderful bedside manor and immediately put us at ease. He spoke directly to my 12 year old son about his break and took the time to explain what the care would be and why. I highly recommend.

This is truly a caring professional Doctor. He has a wonderful personality and is delightful with kids be they 3 years old or 23 years old. He diagnoses quickly and describes a path to healing in a completely understandable way. I strongly recommend him. He has all the qualities needed to make a great doc.

We truly appreciate and would highly recommend Dr. Medler. He has such a friendly and positive demeanor and takes hia time at each visit. He also does a wonderful job including my 13 year old son in looking at his X-rays, setting expectations and limitations.

Decently quick and nice staff

The staff was terrific with my 2 year old son. We were able to get a same day appointment for his injury and they were clear and concise with information and treatment.

We are so happy with Dr. Medler’s thorough examination. I know I can always count on Signature Orthopedics for an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. They make our health a priority! Thanks to the team for getting us in fast and taking good care of my son!

Fun doctor who is really good at what he does.

One of the best Dr's experience ever. Dr. Medler is a down to earth straight shooter. His staff was awesome and he did a great job with my son. Will definitely recommend.

Dr. Medler was absolutely amazing. My son is 17 months old with a minor hip dysplasia. He was so nice and down to earth. He took so much time explaining everything to me and answering my questions. Best doctor I have ever seen.

Great experience at the office. DR. Medler was great and informative about my sons issue.

My daughter needed surgery for a broken clavicle, and we were told that the plate available would be too big. Dr. Medler wasn’t happy with that and called the company to find a pediatric plate and had it delivered in time for the surgery which was less than two days later. In a day and age where the easiest way is the way things are done, Dr. Medler has chosen to do the things that are right and what’s best for the patient. Dr. Medler has given my family and I fantastic medical service for three decades. He is a constant professional and easily one of the best orthopedic doctors in St. Louis. He is just as knowledgeable as he is caring. Truly if you have a bone related problem then this is the man you want to see.

Dr. Medler was beyond wonderful with our 19 month old for his fractured tibia. When meeting him for the first time, he allowed our son to hand him a handful of cereal, one piece at a time. He was patient and kind and we just had the best experience with him.

Dr Medler was so great and made my daughter feel totally at ease while examining her knee. He explained every thing very clearly and his staff was so nice too. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

We made an appointment for our child to see Dr. Medler as a follow-up to an urgent care visit because our child continued having pain and nerve issues. Although we made an appointment with Dr. Medler and were told at check in that we were seeing Dr. Medler, my son was only seen by a nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioner was very nice but minimal time was spent and no answers were given. I left there feeling as though we were seen as a nuisance/not worth the doctor’s time. We have seen other doctors at Signature in the past (for other injuries) and have not had this experience before. I am not sure we will be back.
