Call about getting medical records and was giving the run around. It seemed like they didn’t have a system. Told us we can only do it when a certain person was there and was not willing to help us had to ask way to many questions to get a simple answer. Shady

I saw dr Mcmyne a few years for my back pain . He was thorough , and worked on the problem of fixing the pain instead of just handing out prescriptions which does not fix the issue. I had to stop seeing him due to health issues however he is the one to go to for those who are suffering . Highly recommend him!!

If you're in need of pain management you need to try Dr McMyne at East Jeff in Metairie, la. I've seen several since 2001 and have had roughly 50 spinal injections during that time. He is the best I've seen. I never get anesthesia since the injection pain is only temporary and it's usually bearable. Yesterday morning he gave me an epidural injection in my neck and I didn't feel a thing. It's only temporary but I'm pain free. He and his staff are professional and friendly, and accept VA patients. He listened. He paid attention to what I said and asked appropriate questions. He was empathetic and compassionate. He told me he would do his best to find a solution to the chronic pain I am experiencing. He was honest.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. McMyne to anyone having issues or struggling with any type of pain. His office staff is friendly, welcoming & he is such a personable doctor. These days I feel like it’s so hard to find someone who actually listens to you as a patient & addresses your every concerns. He did just that & then some. He took his time with me & I didn’t feel rushed at all. We’ve been able to address & help pain that I’ve had for years that other doctors would just write off.

I am a patient of Dr McMyne's and I must say he is such a caring person. He has tried very hard to ease pain that I have in my back, hips and legs - I would recommend him for sure.
