I was early for my appointment and was taken back to the examination room after my scheduled appointment time. The wait to be seen was long, but Dr. McDermott's care was excellent.

Great allergists!

I was very pleased with my first visit to AAIR. Dr McDermott and his staff were friendly and helpful. I'm excited to work with them!

Dr Mcdermot’s relationship and care with his patients is amazing. It is a pleasure to have appointments with him and his follow up is so sincere. My daughter feels heard and he gives her information and doesn’t just prescribe meds. Thank you. We need more doctors with such a caring and authentic bedside manner

My first visit was today. Dr McDermott and the staff are warm and friendly. I felt like I finally found an allergist who actually cares about what is going on with me. I highly recommend!

Dr. McDermott and his staff were extremely friendly and professional.

I appreciated the friendliness, efficiency and thoroughness i experienced during my visit from the staff, Stacey, and Dr. McDermott as well as the front desk.

Dr Mcdermott was able to see me same day for an issue, and fixed it promptly. So nice to have such a good clinic with a great location in the Valley.

Dr McDermott is thoughtful, talented, and tenacious. I’ve been to many doctors for my asthma issues, and he is the finest. I’m lucky to have been connected with him.

Dr. McDermott was fantastic. He was great with my 2 year old who was there for testing. He listened to me concerns. He was kind and professional. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Dr McDermott made my eleven year old daughter and I feel at ease. He was very personable and enjoyable. His assistant was kind and helpful too. I highly recommend!

Dr McDermott didn't brush off my daughter's illness and instead is looking both deep and wide to help her return to full health. Or to quote him ' no kid should be six 10-15 times a year and miss 20 days of school'

The staff was very friendly. I am often times cautious with going to see a new physician. Dr. Robert McDermott and his team eased my mind and I could tell they really cared about me. Everything was excellent.

Dr. McDermott and his entire team are fantastic, responsive, caring and responsible.

Great care with incredible attention to detail. Dr McDermott truly looks at the patient as a whole and not just their symptoms.

Dr. McDermott and staff were phenomenal! They were friendly, professional, and timely! Dr. McDermott quickly addressed my issues, setup a game plan, and put my concerns at ease! If I could give 10 stars, I would! I'm feeling lucky to find them!

Top notch care, compassionate, and candid.

My son has been a patient of Dr. McDermott for 10 years, he is such an understanding and helpful doctor. He explains everything so you understand the importance of it and all the extra benefits that come from proper treatment. We enjoy seeing him every 6 months!

I’ve never felt like I have ever been in better care…and that’s saying a lot.

Dr. McDermott was very attentive and had a great bedside manner.

I would highly recommend Dr. McDermott. My son and I have both visited him and were very impressed with the care we received. I feel like some doctors try to get you in and out quickly but he really takes the time listen and cares about each patient.

The experience at the appointment was good. Improvement on communication outside of appointments is lacking. I have left several messages that do not get returned.

DR. McDermott and his staff are down to earth, very appreciate of your opinion and shoot you the best care for your symptoms

Dr. McDermott was thorough and detailed in his approach to my situation. I have been to several ENTs over time and finally was referred to Dr McDermott as my symptoms, which present as allergies, were not resolved. At Dr. McDermott's office visit, I was tested for allergies. Although I came up negative on all tests, Dr. McDermott assured me he would continue to help me discover what is causing these symptoms. He offered a plan for me to follow over the next few weeks with a follow up visit. I trust that we will get to the bottom of this confusing mystery. I highly recommend Dr McDermott and his wonderful staff. When we started on the Covid road, I was miserable and coughing constantly especially after any exercise. That was not a good thing during COVID. Dr McDermott figured out it was a horrid sinus infection and horrible allergies. I have been religious with my allergy shots during COVID and it actually became something I looked forward to because I really enjoy the staff (Sarah and Tory) and their friendliness and efficiency. They have changed my life so much and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend Dr McDermott and his wonderful staff. I loved how kind and patient the office was. When you are dealing with a concern with your health it makes all of the difference to have a team and dr who is attentive and patient with you. Dr. McDermott really has listened to my concerns for my health regarding my long history of significant allergy issues. Dr. McDermott and his team take the time to get to know and listen to his patients. Very efficient. Was able to go next door to get x-ray & CT Scan accomplished.

Care is thorough and efficient. Very pleased. Only reason for 4 stars as it, at times, is difficult to reach someone by phone. I find it difficult to get through the automated system -- and with a question that is somewhat in need of a quick response -that can be frustrating. Otherwise, I highly recommend!

Dr. McDermott is one of the best. He actually listens and works to heal the whole person. He is interested in wellness of the patient. He makes recommendations based on information given for other physicians who can help with another issue.
