Dr. Maiocco is by far the most caring and best doctor ive ever seen period, end of paragraph, chapter done, close the book! He is from philly yes, so he can be direct but that doesn't make him anything but honest. The dr has helped me so much and really changed my life. I can't thank him enough for all he has done for me. Maiocco was rude, condescending and unprofessional during a first visit with him. Unbeknownst to us our chart was moved to him as our physician is no longer at the pactice. This is a separate issue. Not only did he not introduce himself but refused to renew medications and rolled his eyes in addition to other non verbals. His bed side manner was appalling. We have been patients at Provident for over 15 years and will not be returning. Lastly not once did he review our file prior to seeing us.

At Cannaqual, he does no exam for patients and sees them for about 1 minute. Besides his lack of doing any kind of exam, the abrasive and abrupt way he speaks to his patients is truly bothersome. I have been a patient of Dr Miaicco for over three years. My father and wife are all patients of him and he is very respectful doctor who believes in modern medicine, exercise, and we all enjoy him. I refuse any other Doctor. I have referred my friends here. If you need a good doctor that listens and cares this is the one. I never write positive reviews.
