Dr. Robert L. Maiello

I have had Dr. Maello as my physiatrist for almost 17 ears. He is excellent at evaluating the physical problems I have suffered from and in prescribing effective physical therapy. In addition I find him to be a very empathetic person.

I have been under the care of Dr. Maiello for the past 15 years for compound issues in my lower back. Dr. Maiello accurately diagnosed the issues and between an exercise regiment and medication I am able to function as a normal healthy individual again. His staff has always been professional, courteous, and helpful with insurance claims and questions. I have seen several other doctors for my issues, but did not get the problems I was having resolved. I am 100 percent satisfied with Dr. Maiello.

Over the years I have had several physical problems. Always consulted Dr Maiello. He carefully examined me and listened to answers to his questions. Accurate diagnosis, treatment too. His treatments included physical therapy. This always made a huge difference as long as I did my part. Home exercise program. Caring and very intelligent Doctor.

He takes his time with you, he answers all questions well , he calls back and talks to you personally.

I've been a patient in this practice for years and have never had any issues w/ the Dr. or any of his staff. Maybe the previous comment re: the billing department was a communication error on where the bill should go or who it should go to? Either way Dr. Maiello is a very pleasant physician and his staff is always great to work with.

Dr . Maiello's poor & careless billing procedures via Central Florida Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation resulted in no bills or statements being received resulting in referral to a collection agency which also failed to notify us of any bills due. That resulted in my wife's credit score reduction of 150 points below the 800+ score she had resulting in favorable home equity loan terms being denied. Beware of Maiello's careless billing practices which will not beocome evident for months.
