Doctor MacDonald is very skilled and compassionate. He explains things very well and is very focused on a good diagnosis and treatment plan. I am a big baby about medical stuff, but he was SO patient.

Worst visit I’ve ever had w/ a HC provider. I was herded in & out like cattle through a cattle shoot. He showed complete lack of concern for the issues I was having- though most I never got to share with him, & he even responded very unprofessionally to me in several instances. I would never recommend this doctor or this group because they treat you like a number and not a patient. Shall I tell you they put me on a monitor, & 3 days later, while in a severe event, I learned the monitor was not reporting my submissions! They didn’t even take time to check & see if my monitor was working. When I called in & tried to get through to the doctor or his nurse, I was treated with such distain that it was ridiculous. I had to debate w/ Reception that I even needed to speak to somebody. I had to have a debate with her about what I was trying to explain because she was just half listening to me. I ended up in the ER at Mary Black for proper care. Going to new group 7:7.22

Spot-on with Diagnosis, Rx, care, and follow-up!

She explained to me in practical yet simple terms what was going on.

I was called in at my appointment time. Glad to see a medical practice that understands my time is valuable also.

Did not have to wait , all was done in a good timeframe. Our concerns were addressed by Dr. MacDonald and taken care of and answered well. We received results quickly. Every employee we saw or were in touch with were friendly and attentive. Dr. MacDonald deserves more than a 5 star rating. This office visit was excellent in everything.

Everyone we interacted with was friendly, maintained eye contact, and seemed to have a genuine interest in our wellbeing. It was a very positive experience.

The staff was kind. Then when the NP came she was awesome. Dr. McDonald was absolutely great. He listened to me and explained the medication that he was putting me on and upcoming test. I couldn't have been more pleased. I'm going to try to change my daughter inlaw from Cardiology Consultants to him.

Everything and more with no judgement! I love it here!

Our nurse Patti has such enthusiasm and passion for her job. She wasted no time getting things done but we never felt rushed. She made my dad laugh and feel at ease from the very beginning. Laurie, the NP was very inquisitive about my dad's history and medical condition, medicines and his daily routine. She was very patient with dad as he explained his situation. Laurie is very professional with a caring ❤️. Dr. McDonald came in the office and was so prepared and showed such concern for dads condition. He actually had drawn a picture to explain on our level the procedures of the previous surgery that was done years ago and what needs to done now. Dr. McDonald never rushed through the discussion and made sure we understood his concerns. You have a phenomenal staff that I would recommend to anyone!!
