Awesome customer service and outstanding medical care .

Dr Luke was clear and precise in his explanation of my condition and moved forward to a plan that gave a solution. No unnecessary tests or procedures.

Very professional, punctual and compassionate!!

He reviewed my condition and explained treatment options. He was friendly and spoke with Professional knowledge and experience. I went to Dr Luke to seek a second opinion He had reviewed my condition with detail and I was very impressed with his knowledge.

Dr. Luke is a nice enough guy but he is past his prime and needs to know when it is time to retire. He had trouble following my medical records and coming up with a plan for my cardiac care. Very disappointing that I was charged over $600!

Dr Luke was my second opinion after being dismissed at Baptist Heart. Dr Luke explained everything and listened to all of my concerns. His staff is very nice and they got me in and out. Even with an EKG. I would recommend his office over anyone else in Northeast Florida.

I cannot say enough positive things about doctor Luke. He takes the time to explain everything, from your condition to your prescriptions. Dealing with heart issues can be very frightening, as I was, and he is the 1st to calm you down. He is an exceptional doctor with excellent bedside manners and I hope he is my Is cardiologist forever.

My first visit, Dr Luke was informative, and explained procedure of care.

Dr Luke really knows his stuff. He's easy to talk to, and ready to answer any questions you may have. His office staff is excellent, especially Carol.

Great attention to detail addressed any concerns no waiting

Dr Luke and his staff are always perceptive to my concerns and needs very professional and caring.

Dr Luke and the Cardiology Department have provided excellent care for more than 6 years. I owe my life to their skill, knowledge and experience. I am completely dependent on a pacemaker following AV node ablation! My only caveat is the Athena software used by Ascension that I find to be unfit for purpose and sometimes extremely irritating! Dr. Luke is professional and friendly with a relaxed atmosphere and demeaner. He listens to your cares and concerns and addresses them without being rushed or making you feel rushed. And for any questions, test or treatments you have he is thorough and explains them for your understanding.

He showed interest in mu health and past heart surgeory, his follow ups,etc

I haven't went to my appointment yet, I'm 37 yr diagnosed with CHF. Im scheduled to go see this Dr. LUKE and IM excited to meet him and gain knowledge and transform my life. CHEERS to getting healthy and living to raise my babies and 1 day see my grand babies. These ratings are so encouraging! Thank you all God bless

My appointment was at 11 30 and I didn't see the doctor until 12 25. That is an excessive wait time. I was actually getting ready to leave when the doctor came in for my appointment.

Dr. Luke is awesome! He listens to you and has a great sense of humor. I appreciate him and his medical knowledge.

Dr Luck is a excellent doctor and he listens to your concerns and acts on them. He put those issue to rest, making you feel safe.

My dad had an appointment with Dr. Luke on 4/27/2021. He was a 74 yr old man with afib and congestive heart failure. He was handed of to Luke's PA. Dr.Luke was at the office,I saw him. I have been saying WAS because on 4/28/2021 my father DIED of a HEART ATTACK. maybe If Dr. Luke cared about his patients with severe issues. My dad would still be alive. BEWARE.

I would absolutely recommend DrLuke. He is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. He takes all the time needed to explain everything, and never downplays any question. When I’m in his office, I AM the only patient—-he never rushes out of the office.

Dr Luke is awesome! He is everything you want in an internist, specializing in cardiology. I trust him with my life!! Definitely recommend.

Dr. Luke is the best cardiologist in Florida.

I first met Dr Luke in 2012 when I was hospitalized for AFIB. I had been transported by ambulance from an urgent care center and I was pretty trepidatious. I was pleasantly surprised when this kind face appeared in my room and said "Hi. I'm your doctor!" He made me feel comfortable and I could tell that he was very knowledgeable. He came by every day with encouraging words that helped my mood. I have been seeing him at least twice a year since. I am over weight and used to getting the lecture! He noted it but seemed to want to use the top down method. That is he treated me for the AFIB, the high blood pressure, the swelling, high cholesterol, etc. When I lose weight he compliments, no scolding if I gain. I love the staff, they always make me feel comfortable and they all show compassion and caring. I will keep seeing Dr Luke until I get called home. Ive seen Dr Luke a few times and he is sooooo kind and always answers any questions I have.... he even has a big screen with pictures and can draw on it for kids (or adults) in the room. :) ive seen quite a few cardiovascular Doctors due to POTS and he by far has the best "bed side" manner of any of them!

We have been going to Dr Luke for years and have been very satisfied. We started with him when his practice was private but now he is in a large practice behind St Vincents. Don't be put off by that since you get the same care and great staff. Dr Luke has been an amazing specialist. He listens to what are unique needs are and has managed every time to accommodate our requests. He is personable and never rushes. He has a good sense of humor and listens to us.

I love this doctor. He's personable, knowledgeable, attentive. He talks to you sensibly, listens to what you have to say. Doesn't insist (as some doctors do) on having his way, just explains why and what is necessary. And his staff is the best. I've been with them for many years and they have always been very respectful and courteous, addressing you as Mr. or Miss, or Mrs. not "honey', "sweetie" or "dear". Highly recommended.
