Whoever answers the sick visit phone line is so kind and helpful. Gave me some great tips. Appreciate the time she spent answering my questions.

I am a former patient at Dearborn Pediatrics with Dr. Levy. Both my brother and I had amazing experiences here. Even though my parents moved out of Dearborn, they continued to take us here because we were given the best care and trusted Dr. Levy fully. He is a great person and doctor and will get to know you and your family so well. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know and wish I could continue in his care.

Dr. Levy is one of the best practices around. Called us after hours after receiving blood work for our daughter. She was diagnosed with a rare immune virus. He followed up with Motts Childrens and kept in contact until she was stable.

I’ve been coming here since my son was born in mid 2019 and have had nothing but bad experiences. I always have a different doctor for my sons visits. This last visit really pushed me over the edge though. Dr. Dagher-Rodger was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me and my 2 year old son from the moment she walked in. My son is scared of doctor visits most times so he was crying but he’s TWO years old!!! If you can’t handle a toddler tantrum then you should not be in pediatric care!! This woman was rude and very rough towards my toddler. Snatched his personal belongings from his hands and told me I’m going to create a monster with my parenting. My son was upset and scared so when it came to checking his ears, she wanted to hold him down. This woman was squeezing my two year olds right wrist so hard I was trying to peel her fingers off of him with my nails. I will never be coming back here and Dr.Dagher is absolutely horrible. I called to switch my children to this office and they were discriminated against and not accept to this clinic for not being vaccinated which I have three waivers for my children which were hurt by vaccines. Offices don’t accept children that are not vaccinated because they WONT make money off of them…. What a sad time to be living in. We are very satisfied with Dr. Levy and his staff. My husband went to Dr. Levy as a child and now our two sons are patients at the practice. We usually see Dr. Dagher, Tiffany or Kerrie and did see Dr. Levy once when our younger son was a newborn. I have never had any problems with the staff. They have always been polite and friendly. I made my daughter an appointment the receptionist told me they didn't accept her insurance i asked if I could be a cash paying patient and she told me no that I cant I called back for her to immediately put me on hold said she talked to Dr levy who owns the office and he said no i can't i asked her where on the Medicaid website does it say i can't pay cash for my visit and as the receptionist so nicely put shes never applied for medicaid so she doesn't know. When in fact you can pay cash for whatever you would like insurance or not. I have tried to resolve a billing issue multiple times now. These are the following issues: 1. Every time I call I am greeted with an answering machine and am told to leave a number for a call back. Still waiting on the call backs... 2. The billing department appears to have never contacted my insurance provider. After being told the one time I got through that they would. 3. It was for services my son received during labor and delivery. One of the services was dated 1/19/20. The first problem is he was born 1/17/20 and released the next day 1/18/20. So what exactly am I paying for? 4.I received this bill today 8/13/20 almost 7 months later. In what world is that timely? Posting this in hopes that someone from this office will help me out. Wonderful and compassionate providers. We have had a great experience with the providers but are switching pediatricians due to the continued low quality interactions with the front desk staff. We’ve been coming here nearly 2 years and I don’t know if I’ve ever had a positive experience with the staff.

I remember going to this office when I was a child and now take both my littles here. All I can say is can’t even believe what a drastic change it has made. The ONE AND ONLY reason I continued to stay at this office was because the NP, Tiffany. Tiffany has been absolutely amazing with my daughter from day one since she was diagnosed and is beyond helpful. Upon other visits I just assumed the office staff was having a busy or bad day but they are so so incredibly rude time after time after time with the exception of one MA that takes the patients back. I’ve been more then patient but don’t really see myself continuing to allow my children to be seen with a staff or environment like this one. First time Visit was great fast and easy medical staff were all great no issues with front office hopefully never great great medical staff and caring and I didnt meet him yet

Amazing staff always accommodating me. The front desk is very friendly and always helpful. Always leave knowing I’ve been helped and my child’s health is number one priority. I recommend this doctors to everyone.

I have been with Dr. Levy since he was a resident at the OLD Grace hospital I'm Detroit. My son was born with an illness and that's when I met Dr. Levy. He was a young knowledgeable resident at the time. He made me feel comfortable and reassuring. My son is 30yrs old and hasn't had a problem since. I have been to EVERY office he's had! Dr. Levy has taken care all 3 of my children (30/29/20) and I still continue to trust him with my 4 grandchildren (11/8/4/3) and he STILL does an EXCELLENT job! His #1 office assistant Staci was with him when I started. She has been AMAZING! Love you Staci. Norita (hope I spelled correctly) was AWESOME as well. I've been taking my kids here for 5 years and my step kids before that. I love that I can take all five of my kids and they all understand our co-parenting. Plus I've seen Nurse Tiffany everytime and having a doctor/nurse grow with your kids is amazing. I love Dr. Levy and everything they do to be the amazing doctors office they are.

Hands down best pediatricians! I have 3 kids, 2 toddlers and a 4 month old. I have Dr. Moses, Dr. Dagher or Tiffany see them when they are sick because I have had great experiences with them. They are very knowledgeable and I trust them with my kids health. Not to crazy about the front desk staff, except for Stephani and Anna when they work up front. I usually do not write reviews but this office really deserves a review from the positive experience I have had with them. I have been taking both of my kids to this office for the past year. I have had a very positive experience with both the providers and the staff. My kids see Dr.Moses, he’s very thorough with his exams.The visits with him are actually worth it because he takes enough time to examine the child and address any concerns you may have. He is also very good about returning calls and answering questions over the phone or email. The ladies at the front desk are exceptionally courteous, they are very quick and prompt. Very nice ladies! I was nervous about going to the office after the lockdown but my daughter needed her shots. The office was extremely well prepared. We waited in the car (no waiting room) until it was time to go inside. The staff made sure we didn't come into contact with anyone else in the office and everyone was wearing gloves and masks. It was a very pleasant experience and the care was great as it always is.

This office is terrible !!!!! My son had been going here since he was a newborn. I never really liked it because the staff is super dry and not very kid friendly in my opinion!! My son rarely even came here due to the fact that he’s very healthy and if he did get sick I nursed him myself. This year my son got sick (I wasn’t sure with what) his first temp was 103 (day 1) for two days I tried to resolve it on my own. (Day 3) I still was very unsure of what was causing his fever so I decided he needed a doctors visit. Well, I called and the receptionist was very RUDE to say the least. I asked if they did sick child walk ins her response was NO ( then a pause as if she wanted me to continue the conversation) I asked how are they seen ? She stated with a same day appointment. Hmmm funny, being that that’s basically what I was looking for, so I asked for an appointment to be made, she then stated “we are full today” (with another awkward pause. So I hung up. I also work in the medical field and I wouldn’t dare speak without compassion, so I decided to still pay them a visit to at least let someone know how rude the staff was and to give them a piece of my mind! I didn’t even need or want to see a doctor at this point. I was already going to take him some place else. I got there I was furious everyone was still DRY and rude once I got upset (I cursed yes I did!) all of a sudden Robert was available. Hmm that’s funny right ? Especially being that for over 4 years I’ve seen him maybe once or twice for visits its always a staff nurse or another doctor. Was seeing him suppose to “fix”me ? Or get me told ? Seemed that way. But I also work in the field and typically the way you talk to someone the issue gets resolved. But that WASNT the case! He got me in the room and threatened not to treat or see my son anymore if I was going to come in the office and curse. He asked did they curse at you? No. But everyone knows what nice nasty means. And that’s how u get someone to react rudely. He kept going into my reaction instead of figuring out what his staff did to make someone react in such a way. It seemed like he was sent to “get me straight”. No apology was given, no feelings, no anything. At that moment I knew he wasn’t gonna touch my kid! How can I trust you? Now that u look at me a certain way? And why would a 5 year patient react like this without a reason? I left NEVER to return! DO NOT GO HERE unless you like to be treated like a paycheck! It’s a shame because of late notice I had to take him to ER to get someone to actually be nice and give proper treatment! If I could give them a negative star I would! My appointment was at 3pm November 24th 2018. After waiting for almost 1 hour, i didn’t see Dr Levy, the Nurse had assigned us to a room and taken my baby temperature and weight yet kept my baby and I waiting in the stuff room,. After that long wait I came out and told the nurse at the reception that I had been waiting for nearly 1 hour and I can’t wait anymore she replied Ok. Getting this appointment was a headache, I called a few day ago so I could book an appointment because I was traveling outside the US with my baby for the first time and the nurse told me I do not need to see Dr Levy rather I should take him to a travel clinic she refused booking an appointment. I had to physically come in the clinic to get one . I am not sure when nurses/ receptionist started making parental decisions for other people babies!!! Been calling since they opened at 9am ..nobody is answering the phone...the phones are still closed ...happens every time I call ....

They're fine if you only ever have a sick kid. Well appointments are difficult to schedule. Staff (both office and medical) make it very clear that they have more patients than time and that your time doesn't matter to them. Long waits both on the phone and in the office, and dismissive once you actually get to a person.

Doctor Levy is an amazing doctor he was my pediatrician as a child. I trust him with the life of all of my children. I also like Dr. Moses he is very thorough. However the downside to this office is the office staff in the front. Particularly a specific person who answers the sick line. There is never a greeting when you call, they pick up to only put you on hold, when you adress this issue, your just ignored. I understand that the amount of calls that come in for the sick line is probably out of control.. you cannot put somebody in a position who easily gets flustered and shows no empathy and especially for parents who are seemingly concerned. I do not feel confident in the person who gives out the advice on the sick line. They don't give any information other than the obvious.. Update: they have made a drastic change to the front office staff. Kristie the nurse who answers the sick line is beyond amazing and makes me feel confident. Dr. Levy and his staff have been amazing. They've always taken time and care with both my daughters. I would highly recommend them. Been going there 15 years.

I love this office! I have been bringing my daughters here for 13 yrs. I love how they are keeping up with the times by using EMR -- and they do phone triage! It is such a time saver, and I am sure will calm any anxiety ridden new parent. Also, it is obvious they care about the families as a whole because phone triage is like being seen in the office -- but there are no copays--and you dont have to drag your already ill child out of the house just to hear the doctor or nurse practitioner tell you that your child's runny nose just needs to run its course, and treat the symptoms like you already are. The front desk ladies are so sweet and helpful, and always make time for my girls to be seen when they are truly sick. The office is always hopping and I see that as a testament to how many people truly love this office and ALL of the staff. I HIGHLY recommend this pediatrician office for your family! The best place I have been since my childrens Doctor moved. The staff is great, they help with no problem at the front desk and the service is so quick. Today I had an appointment for 2 of my children at 10:15am and was out of there by 11am that is just one of the perks next to the office staff and Doctors. We've been coming here for 10 years and can't imagine going anywhere else. Love the front desk ladies, Kristy and Sabrina! They are so sweet, even when the office is packed and busy. No matter when I call for an appointment they are ALWAYS busy and NEVER accommodating to working parents. I need to find a different pediatrician ASAP. Why is the front desk staff so rude?

I absolutely love this office. I would agree with some of the other people on here about the staff. It isn't always this way and honestly it's from one women in particular. I don't know her name and wouldn't put it here anyway. I honestly don't even think she means to be rude, it's just a personality trait she comes off brash. The doctors, for me, are worth it. I have been going here for 4 years and have never been disappointed. In always able to get in same day if my kid's are sick. I recommend to all my friends.

We’ve been going to Dr. Levy for three years now and everyone has taken such good care of our daughter. The doctors are very knowledgeable and thorough. The on-call staff is always helpful when we are unsure what to do

My husband and I had our children in the office on 4/13/18 and Shannon the MA was Awesome. She gave our son his shots and she was so good at it. She is so sweet. The girls upfront need to be nicer. They are not as nice as the back office.

I love Dr. Levy and have been with his practice for 10+ years. The problem is with the office staff. They refuse to make next day sick visit appointments for the morning when they are unable to accommodate a same day with my doctor. I will be searching for another doctor.

I actually tried calling twice before and your staff at the front desk ccontinued to hang up on me. This is a serious matter and yes Im familiar with where the employee parking is I also didn't have a choice on where to park. There weren't any parking spots available.

The receptionist has a very disrespectful attitude. She is loud, arrogant, rude and should be fired. Don't take your child here, they don't do follow ups, hard to call to make an appt , and hire stuck up women who act like they don't want a job.

As I was looking for a pediatrician and reading up on some reviews I came across ms.johnson review. As we all know this google review was put here for anyone to review your services. For you to go out of your way to track this person down and call them out for wanting to stay anonymous was uncalled for and very unprofessional on your part. I have nothing good to say about this office. My son suffered for 6 months with sleep problems and constant sickness. Over and over i was told "common cold" and "allergies" and i trusted ALL the physicians in this office. He was given anti-biotics, nasal sprays, zyrtec & still no relief. My child was under a year old when his problems began so this was difficult on myself and my child. I finally switch peds. The first visit with the new ped & they sent us to a ENT specialist. He was diagnosis was SEVERE sleep apnea, enlarged tonsils and adenoids & needed surgery asap. He had surgery to remove the tonsils & adenoids a week later at the age of 15 months. We seen not one Dr, but all the Drs and the Nurses as well. I do not recommend this office. Highly disappointed in their treatment plan and lack of concern for their patients health. The last physician we seen actually said "good luck" when i asked what to do. I have nothing good to say about this office. My son suffered for 6 months with sleep problems and constant sickness. I have been bringing my children here for twelve years. They have gone above and beyond for us. They have been outstanding with my son who has ADHD, and very understanding of our car issues.

I went to Dr. Levy as a child (30 yrs ago) and now my children go to him. He and his staff are very patient, kind, accommodating and always take their time. Dr. Levy is our favorite so is Stacey.

I had very good experiences as far as Tiffany NP and Dr. Hosington, also Dr. Levy????.. Receptionist issues need to be addressed. They need understand and realized that they are the very first impression for the Doctor office and I personally didn't have a good impression they (receptionist) always seemed to be in a bad mood or as if you were bothering them and addressing you as they're looking down while you're at the window. Dr. Levy has been taking wonderful care of my two boys, since they were babies. With his great bedside manner, Dr. Levy listens to my concerns, gives trustworthy and educated advice and has never made me feel rushed. He is able to put my mind at ease when my kids have been sick by explaining what's wrong and why he is taking a particular approach to treatment. When one of the boys has gotten sick outside of office hours, I received a call back from the doctor on call within minutes of leaving a message with their answering service. Dearborn Pediatrics has a wonderful team of doctors, nurses & staff that truly care about the well-being of their patients and their families. But i am giving 1 star because of the staff! awful!!!!! they should realize that no one calls a doctor for a sick child because they are happy to do it. I just called them to get a note from the dr. and told them it is urgent \, they spent 10 minutes giving me execuse why they can't do it today and after i insisted to get it today, they told me i have 10 minutes to pick it up. Customer service 101 is very needed at this office. We will be moving our child from there very very soon. Dr. Dagher and all other doctors are very competent and great. I can't say enough good things about this office, amazing staff and facility.

They are amazing... I have never had any problems with any of them.. My oldest is 7 years old.. The entire staff is truly wonderful!! .. I have no idea what other people are talking about.. I can call them anytime I need too and they are always understanding and sweet.. Sure occasionally they are in a rush or you are put on hold... However it's like that everywhere, they rarely do that. I've been bringing my daughter here since she was a new born and she is now almost 13! She has seen all the doctors and PA and CNP. We love them all!! The office staff is always accommodating and welcoming. Most have been there since we started coming there and greet us when we come in.

Makes my child feel very comfortable. Goes above and beyond when he is sick. Puts me at ease.

Misdiagnosed my nephews pyloric stenosis and sent him for every other test under the sun. Almost lost him thanks to this office. Thanks but no thanks. Our family will no longer go to this office. Time to retire

Dr. Levy was the first doctor to see our son after he was born & we've been with him, by choice, ever since. He's kind & gentle...very congenial! Our son really likes him & is very comfortable around him. Highly recommend!

I just moved to this office because of problems I had with the previous pediatrician. My son was almost three and I was expecting our little girl. What a wonderful move! The two doctors we've seen have been very thorough and gentle with my son. They explained why his cough that wouldn't go away was a type of asthma. There haven't been any problems with my daughter but I feel that they would be able to handle it. I was so relieved to find an office that made me feel welcome.
