Very good doctor.. Would Recommend to anybody...

I really like Dr. Lee, but today was frustrating with his staff. I had to leave work early to drive 30 minutes to get to his office. After sitting in the office 7 minutes after my appointment, they call me and tell me my vaccine was out of stock. Needless to say, I was very frustrated as they could have called all day as my appointment was close to closing time.

I give South Bend Clinic of 2102 Inwood Rd, 5 stars. The staff was very supportive and patient to my needs. Dr. Lee is awesome. He takes the time to listen and understand your needs. He thoroughly investigate your medical history so that he can properly treat your medical conditions. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

This was my first visit with Dr. Lee. He is a very nice man and listens to his patients..and you can tell he genuinely cares about ppl!!

The office staff are very rushed way to many people everything is rushed they do there job but show no patience in and out till you get see the dr which is always a long waiting Dr. LEE IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES BUT NOT VERY FREINDLY IT'S ALL BUSINESS

I referred to Dr Lee by the Vitreous Center In Ft Wayne because I was looking for somewhere closer for surgery to remove floaters in both of my eyes. They remove the vitreous fluid and put in a gas bubble. He asked how much they bother me and I said annoying., it is truly more than that but I should have said more. Imagine multiple things floating throughout your vision, the only time I don't see them is when I am sleeping. Right off the bat he let me know he did not want to do the procedure telling me several times that he did not want to do the surgery (if he feels that way he should have refused the appointment) to many risks that I already knew about. Another thing regarding the recovery is the face down position that I would have to be in for anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks, again I already knew about that. Part of the exam is numbing the eye and pressing down with what looks like a small awl, he said that I would feel a little pressure, he under stated that, never again. The Dr told me to think about it for 3 or 4 months and come back. He left the room and his assistant handed me information paperwork regarding the procedure (which I already had received from Ft Wayne) and said this is what normally causes people to change their mind. Has Dr Lee ever heard of the vitrectomy using saline? I did not need 3 to 4 months to think about it, walking out of the office I knew I would never go back there and if anyone ever asks me for a recommendation I would tell them to make the drive to Ft Wayne. 8 years ago I suffered a retinal tear. Dr. Lee performed laser surgery that day and later corrected another problem with my other eye. I am so grateful! He saved my eyes! I have had no difficulties stemming from those surgeries. I felt very confident being treated by him. I highly recommend him!

Very long wait times! Been an hour so far and still waiting!

He is a long wait, but he talks to each of his patients to make sure they are informed on how their eyes really are doing. He makes you feel like your are his top patient when you see him.
