I'm very disappointed, I was having severe side pain, to the point of passing out, I had to go to the ER Saturday morning. Still having pains on Tuesday I went to Dr lanes office to have it checked or at least sent to a specialit. But since I hadn't been in several years I was refused to be seen that day I had to come back for a re establishing visit then come back again to actually see a doctor. Then I was told if I was that concerned about my pain I should go back to the ER. Waited an hour after scheduled ! Was told the doctor will not address all symptoms ! Was told will have to come back over and over to be treated for other things. Never got call backs , never got referrals, was lied to , never got return calls after calling 5 times ! They did blood work incorrect on many tests . Fasting is required ! Then was prescribed meds based on those inaccurate test results?! Could be life threatening illness they passed off with little to no regards ! The worst group around ! This is what people have become in the last days ! No natural affection , lovers of money ! Haughty up right ! I wouldn’t trust this group with my pet let alone a human . Shame on them all !

Love going to dr lanes office but it makes me so upset trying to call in a appointment! I can never get a hold of someone and when I need to talk to someone and leave a message nobody calls me back. If I didn't like the staff so much I wouldn't go here but the front desk needs more help.

I’ve seen the PA there Jacob and really liked him, but unfortunately, he moved. I’ve seen Sarah Turner the past few times and I have to say she is wonderful. I hope she’s there for awhile. She listened to my problems and seemed concerned

Always a great experience when I go. They get you in and out in a great time frame. I have never had to wait long to be seen when I have a appointment. Staff is great and I really like seeing Jacob. He is caring and very personable...

I love Dr. Lane's office even though I have never actually met Dr. Lane. I have always seen a PA but they have always been amazing. They have seen me through getting my BRCA testing done and helped me try to figure out why I get migraines. I feel like they truly care about my concerns and are willing to help me in any way they can. I love how easy it is to get a Tricare referral. If you use Tricare, Rosalie is so easy to work with and you will LOVE her! I love Dr. Lane's office even though I have never actually met Dr. Lane.
