I had a dental implant performed by Dr. Knox...several visits to get a bone graft, surgery & follow-up. Would definitely recommend his office. His staff was very competent!!!

From the consultation to the actual procedure Robert Knox was great. He told you everything you needed to know about the procedure and what he was going to do, recovery time was right on target. I would recommend Robert Knox to anyone that is looking for periodontics work.

Dr. Knox performed laser surgery on my gums between virtually every tooth. His work was excellent, and it looks like I will not need to have implants because of it. Dr. Knox is knowledgeable and skillful. The pricing was fair, and Dr. Knox explained in detail what work he would be doing and why. The one upfront price covers about six to eight visits, and avoids the conflict of interest of paying for each visit. The dental and office staff are equally excellent.

Claim was denied for a procedure that I was told would be covered at 80%. The office did not even offer to file an appeal. After calling and speaking with the office they only agreed to send paperwork that was already submitted to me so I could file an appeal. Of course without additional information that was needed from the provider my claim was denied and I was forced to pay 100% of the bill. Office staff was not helpful and made excuses about insurance companies just not wanting to pay.
