I took my mom to see Dr Keyes for some memory issues. I cannot say enough how awesome this entire team is. Dr. Keyes is so attentive, kind and thorough. Kendra, the social worker, Debbie, the MA, and the NP (whose name I unfortunately don't remember) did everything to make my mom feel comfortable and valued. We don't always see this when we go to doctor's offices. She often times feels dismissed. The time and attention they spent getting to know her is appreciated so very much. We feel as if we have chosen the perfect doctor to care for our mother in this stage of her life. He was attentive to her and listened to everything we had to say as well. He was thorough and explained her situation in a very understandable way.
