My parents have trusted Dr. Just and recommend him highly. This was my first visit with him and he is a great man! Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. From the moment I met him, I knew I could trust him to take care of me.

Everyone was very nice. They made me feel very comfortable.

From Day 1, Dr. Just listened and made sure that our plan was as executed. He and his staff follows up and will stay on top of things concerning your health -with sincerity! He is highly recommended!

I could have lived with the unnecessary hours of waiting, but the pain that I still have 5 days after a routine colonoscopy is not acceptable. I have had a similar check done at another provider with no side effects at all. I would never use him again. (by the way "healthgrades review" filter out some of the bad reviews)

I have been a patient of Dr. Just for a couple years. He did my colonoscopy and diagnosed my cancer. Extremely stressful situation and he was the perfect doctor for me. He pulled strings for me to get me in to see the surgeon, he texted me after surgery to check in and I have referred everyone I know to him. Whenever I reach out to him he always responds. I like Doctor Just. I trust him. Following up after my procedure. My faith in Dr. Just was well founded. My procedure went well, his team was super professional and everything went as described. I have had one previous colonoscopy at another place where I woke up feeling fine. Virtually zero after effects. This time 4 days after I still have significant pain after a colonoscopy that found nothing. Adding the hours of absolutely pointless waiting for the procedure, I will rather walk over glass than coming back there.

My first time there. I like the doctor, he was kind, he was thorough, took the time to explain things to me so that I could understand it, and I really appreciated that. He put my mind at ease, and that helped a lot. His nurse was super nice too!

Last October,I found out I had Colon Cancer.Dr Just had found a spot that was likely missed when I had my last Colonoscopy 5 years before,in Springfield Illinois.I give Dr Just credit with saving my life,the Cancer hadn’t broken through the wall of the Colon.Dr Just was very friendly and informative ,as he explained what I was to expect.Within two weeks Dr Just had me Scheduled with his affiliate Surgeon Dr Joseph Jeanette in Georgetown for my Colon resection Surgery.Thank you Dr Just,and your professional team,for putting me on the fast track to a healthy recovery. As much as no one really likes to undergo a colonoscopy Dr Just made it a simple easy procedure and he was very forthcoming as to what to expect. He followed up with results as promised personally. I would highly recommend his services and if need be I will definitely use his services in the future.

I was so happy to become a patient at Gattis school rd dental clinic. They were highly recommended by my son and his wife. All the staff was very courteous. Dr. Just is a dream! He has been my Gastro doctor for over 10 years, as well as for some of my family members. He is easy to talk to, responsive, has great “bed side manner”, and I am so thankful for his knowledge & help over the years.

It needs a way for the recipient to talk to the patients with a mask on through a small hole. Almost every had to ask her to repeat what she said.

Will never ever ever return to this facility again. Dr Just yelled at my scared mother and I for twenty minutes and told us we were there for no reason. He's seen bigger and worse than what she has so apparently he has no need of a job! If you have a cyst don't come to this doctor because he'll tell you you wasted your time and energy for nothing then send you a bill for a pointless appointment that your doctor thought it was worth the time to go and referenced you. Get in a different line of work Dr Just. Go back to New Jersey maybe they'll be more inclined to put up with your horrible demeanor. Will never ever ever return to this facility again. Dr. Just is fine. He talks a little fast and you can tell that he regurgitates the same instructions and information over and over all day. I don’t have issue with the message or so much the delivery. I don’t care for this facility AT ALL. This location can be difficult to find, and calling the main number will not help, because they don’t know where it is either (calls are answered at a different location)! Helpful scheduling information would be advising patients the office is closer to Bee Caves road, or close to Kirby Lane/Golds Gym on that side. Folks don’t enjoy driving around lost in a parking lot they are unfamiliar with. Also, the staff aren’t very personable - “Boss Lady” (this was on her lanyard holder) took my temp when I came in and got an attitude when I asked her to do it on my wrist, then didn’t have much to say or struggled to be nice for the duration of the visit. It’s like a morgue in there, and just isn’t the warm fuzzy personable experience you’d get from an office. I speak from 25+ years of experience working in the medical/dental field in patient relations, and nobody likes feeling like they are just another number in the cattle call. Dr. Just is fine. Dr Just is an amazing physician! He has a great bedside manner and always seems to have smile on his face.I had my colonoscopy and upper endoscopy on Monday at SMC Williamson. He's always available and cares for his patients. He texted me to check up on me later Monday evening. He is an outstanding clinician and endoscopist. I am a nurse anesthetist and have given thousands of anesthetics in this great city and I have to say I've not seen his equal. Dr Just is extremely smart, but does not come off as if he is superior to anyone because he's just a good doctor doing what he was called to do. I could have chosen any number of GI docs to take care of me. My first hand knowledge of his skills, made my decision easy. GI issues are a fact of life. Just go see Bob Just! I have been going to GI doctors for 10 years, battling Barrett's esophagus and ulcers (I am 37). After moving to Texas I was referred to Dr. Just and he not only helped by continuing my medication treatment but he asked me to try food elimination, to see what else was causing my pain. I had absolutely no idea I was allergic to gluten and it was adding to my preexisting issues. He could have just followed the prior course of treatment, but he is better than that - and I am so grateful for him. As for his bedside manners, when I was going to miss an appointment due to being out of the state he scheduled a teleconference to make sure I was taking my meds and feeling well. His patients are his priority and his personality makes you feel completely at ease. His professionalism is second to none. Besides taking excellent care of me, when my sister in NY was diagnosed with cancer, he's gone out of his way to contact me to see how she's doing. Dr.Just has absolutely been a blessing to me. When in to talk to Dr. Just about a routine colonoscopy. He told me if a polyp is discovered and removed during a screening colonoscopy, there will be no charge, because that's considered part of a routine colonoscopy. Guess what he is charging me for that exact thing. Beware!!!!

Excellent Dr, explains everything on a level you can understand.

Dr Just is the best. A "throwback" in the sense that he actually provides personalized care and treats you like a fellow human. I have a chronic condition, that I will be treating for the rest of my life. It makes things a lot easier when you have someone like him in your corner, with a tailored/thought out treatment plan. I gladly drive 20 miles from my home in Austin for our appointments.

I have been seeing Dr. Just since 2004 and I credit him for improving my quality of life. He not only properly diagnosed my condition but has taken the time and effort to prescribe the best possible treatment. His level of knowledge and expertise are exactly what I was looking for. I also appreciate his direct approach. I like the fact he communicates directly with facts and provides the options available to me for treating my condition. I highly recommend Dr. Just for anyone with gastro issues.

After reviewing my medical history of polyps, and upper GI issues, Dr Just agreed to treat me. I would add that I'm not an ideal patient as I take a galaxy of medication; high blood pressure, elevated blood glucose , blood thinners and cholesterol medication. He scheduled two procedures; an endoscopy and a colonoscopy. 12 polyps were removed having developed in the preceding 5 years. The endoscopy revealed scaring, a hiatal hernia and other issues.

Great care from Dr. Just and his staff. Clear explanations, clear treatment plans, and evidence-based medicine. He does his homework before office visits - knows facts and dates from several years ago from actually looking through his notes and other reports before he comes into the room.

I prefer a straight shooter, with a big heart, and that defines Dr. Robert Just. He' s also a skilled surgeon and diagnostician. My doctor for 11 years, Dr. Just has kept me healthy and well, even though I have a lot of gastrointestinal problems. He always takes time to explain everything in terms I can understand.

After struggling with digestive issues for 15 years, Dr Just is the first doctor to get to the root of the problem. Dr Just is very knowledgeable and straight forward with his advice.

This doctor needs to brush up on his bedside manner. The 3 times I have seen him he has been rude and condescending. It does not matter how smart you are or how much experience you have. You have a job because of your patients, and they need to be treated with respect and dignity. They should not be made to feel beneath the doctor. I would not recommend this doctor unless you like being treated like a dog. Even a dog deserves respect.

Dr. Just has been my doctor for many years. He is very educated and knows what he is doing. The wait time can be long sometimes but it is worth it in the end when you have relief in knowing that he is and will do everything he can to make sure you receive the correct treatment. Patience is a virtue if you plan on having him as your doctor. But believe me, he is worth it.

I had a very bad experience with him. He has very bad bedside manner. He made me feel very dumb and kept interrupting me whenever I voiced a concern. He made me feel that he was so far above me because he has 26 years experience and that he is the only one that knows anything. The sad thing is, I dont think he even realized he made me feel this way. It's just who he is. I ended up walking out of the appointment. I've never done that...
