Dr. Robert C Jones

He will listen to your complaint, you can get a message to him, he does respond and you can get something called in if you are sick. That is way better than my last primary dr.

My dad has been going here for a few years. And Dr. Jones and Tammy are always so nice and professional. Love it

Been going to Dr Jones since I was 7 and I’m 32 now Clearly no complaints. He’s been the most helpful and kind dr throughout the years!

Both visits were uncomfortable and the receptionist was rude. First, this doctor's staff does not answer phones. I had a hard time even getting the first appointment because phone calls were not answered. When I finally got an appointment most of the time was spent with Dr. Jones talking politics, complaining about the medical codes on his tablet and complaining about the person who entered my medical history. My next appointment wasn't much better other than Dr. Jones did finally prescribe a med that helped. I had another appointment scheduled in February. I called from Feb. 1 until the 14 and no one ever answered the phone. My pharmacy has requested refills 3 times and never received a response. It's like he has closed up his practice. Terrible experience and I would not recommend this doctor.

So I was told to come in at 2:15.... My appointment was at 2:45. However after waiting over 2 hours I had to leave.... When I told the doctor he didn't even care or apologize!! In fact the women behind the desk did say she was sorry... but his reply very loudly was "oh it doesn't matter!" What in the world! You don't treat people like this! And I'm out $30 for nothing. Plus wasted my day off. I'll keep looking for a good doctor, they're out there....this just isn't the place. So I was told to come in at 2:15.... My appointment was at 2:45. I wrote the most recent review ,need to add that I was able to talk more with the staff and not so angry , but will pay a bill undeserved. Dr.Jones is a good doctor !He is not aware of my problems in this issue and, sadly, I have to have an appoint mentioned to tell him.

Customer Service with Patient Receptionist awful.Very rude,whole practice would be more pleasant,if you had a more caring,receptionist at the front desk
