My experience in this office has been excellent! I really like Dr.James and am satisfied with outcome.

I am an existing patient and it takes multiple calls over multiple weeks before anyone will return my calls. I am trying to schedule a procedure that Dr James says that I should have.

Facing a disease that progressed daily , I tried to get Dr. James' office to see me quickly and they refused. Every day was a little worse than the last. They insisted I wait 2.5 months for an initial appointment. I called my GP and asked them to refer me to UCSF. They fought me but eventually they caved. When my appointment ith Dr. James finally came, things were much worse than when I first reached out to him. He ordered some standard tests and told me to come back in 6 weeks. I went to UCSF and they said "you need a procedure immediately" and within 2 weeks I was in recovery. Dr. James' office then refused to provide me with my test results until the 6-week follow-up. When he realized he had forced me to seek medical attention elsewhere, he politely but firmly dismissed me from his practice. He procrastinated on my health. Go anywhere else. It took him 4 months and a lot of begging just to get the results of some standard tests that typically take only a week or less. If I was going to summarize this exoeriexpe in four words it would be "complete waste of time".
