The staff at Dr. Hovancsek's office are all wonderful caring people. Dr. Hovancsek is amazing. He did a surgery on my foot that other doctors were not willing to do. Dr. Hovancsek never gave up during my long recover. He took excellent care of me throughout the whole ordeal. Looking forward to working with him again for my other foot.

I went to see Dr. Hovancsek for heal pain and problems with my toe nails. The heal pain had been a problem for over a year and I had been told by my general practitioner that it was plantar fasciitis and I needed to stretch to relieve the pain. Dr. Hovancsek took a look and diagnosed my problem as a heal spur and inflammation. He gave me a shot of cortisone and I haven't had any pain for over six months. Excellent service and sensible medicine.

Couldn’t get past the person answering the phone. Left a message on Friday because they are closed which I was unaware of but not a problem just thought they’d call on Monday, no return call Monday but I’m sure they were busy. I called Tuesday, was put on hold the first time and then after 10 minutes they hung up on me. I called back and asked to hold, I explained I had been on hold and hung up on she apologized and put me on hold again and again hung up on, I called back and asked again to be placed on hold I said I’ve been on hold and hung up on now twice How about I cancel the referral, we aren’t off to a good start. Didn’t listen well, was judgmental & uncaring (other than $). Dismissive & asked inappropriate personal questions. Charged $350 for a $55 item (on Amazon) & tried to sell more. One should not leave a “health care office” feeling worse & in more pain than when arriving.

Grays Harbor Podiatry is the best! From making appointments to the receptionist’s greeting, my experiences have always been great. The nursing assistants are equally as nice. Dr. Hovancsek comes in the exam room with a smile on his face and upbeat attitude no matter how small or large the situation. He is very good to explain his treatments etc. This clinic’s patients range in age from young children to adults 80+ and lots of different reasons for needing a fine foot doctor. Plus there doesn’t seem to be overbooking….seldom is wait time 15 minutes. 5 ***** Stars all the way!

Dr. Hovancsek is a wonderful physician. Great bedside manor, very knowledgeable and personable. The staff is very attentive and sweet. Excellent care

I have been going here for several years. Robert Hovancsek is an excellent foot doctor. He has done wonders for my feet. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone!!

Dr. Hovancsek is an exceptional caregiver and doctor. I have been dealing with my issue for over 6 years with varying degrees of results. It took 4 months of treatment but the issue is finally in control and I owe that entirely to Dr. Hovancsek's quality care. In addition, his staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I also suggested that each of them deserved a raise in pay! Not sure how that worked out for them.

It's been my podiatrist go-to since 2013. I originally went theire because I couldn't bend over and cut my toenails. Since then, I've gotten gout, grew bone spurs on my heel, and had my diabetes escalate, causing many minor foot problems, dealt with by these guys with aplomb . They do good things, and look good doing it.

Well, not Dr. Hovancsek. His attitude was let's solve this ... and he did. Always positive and always attentive. Over the years, I have returned to him for other foot & ankle problems. I just came from my last follow-up appointment with the doctor. I had three toes that had started to hammer and twist. They were very painful. The good doctor fixed them up and I was on my way. It was amazing but the day after my surgery I was in less pain than I had been in the last six years or more. In fact I really had no pain at all after 5 days. The people in the office were so kind to me. They took care of my needs and are very professional. If your feet hurt you go see the doctor. It will truly change your life for the good. very nice and caring staff, Doctor was great very interested in finding out what my problem was caused by, diagnosed and fixed the problem, he was very understanding and patient and wanted to make sure that all my questions were answered, never felt like he was "rushing me out". After surgery even called me that night to check on me. Would highly recommend this Doctor and his staff! Thank you!
