Dr Hooker preformed my bilateral lung transplant 2 1/2 years when I was dying. I am living a very normal life and will be forever grateful to him. I also had the pleasure of working in that OR where I had the procedure. He is not only a gifted surgeon but a great and humble man.

Dr Hooker replaced my mitral valve. He did an excellent job. Tampa General Hospital and his team were all very professional.

Dr Hooker neglected to do the most import part of my surgeries needed. I've had a terrible quality of life for the past two years and now how have to endure MORE pain, agony and suffering due to his negligence!!
