Everyone was very friendly, professional and efficient

Quick appointment, response and courtesy. Dr. Hoffman is a nice, prompt diagnostic and treating doctor for me.

Dr.Hoffman is soo welcoming and kind. My 5 year old immediately warmed up to him eventhough she wasn't the patient. He was very through and honest. He gives Bill Nye vibes and that's a great thing. ????

Terrific place! Dr. Hoffman is thorough, knowledgeable, a good listener, and patient. I never felt rushed. The facility at Humble is extremely clean, and the staff is professional and kind.

It was actually my 81 y/o husband that was seen by Dr. Hoffman. He really likes the Dr and has a lit of respect for him. Unfortunately even though he has been doing his exercises he's still sick. Not Dr's fault but he has been to the ER and his regular dr as well and just, no answers.

Great customer service. Very attentive and professional.

Great doctor, very personable and very competent in all it was a great experience. His staff are very professional and helpful. The office is very well appointed and very functional.

The doctor is so personable. I love how he explained everything, had a sense of humor and used his technology effortlessly to emphasize information. He was gentle when he used the telescope. I highly recommend him and felt comfortable with his diagnosis.

When I arrive there, their new system, we could not upload our information, so there were several of us had to use two computers to upload our patient data, the receptionist was excellent, the medical staff was also very good. The medical technician was a little unhappy, because we all was running behind due to the information to be uploaded, but she warmed up the doctor was outstanding so far as I’m concerned everything was good. I can understand when patients are running late and the information that you need is not available you can be frustrating but it turned out to be excellent. Thank you very much.

Communication with patients is terrible. Trying to get a hold of someone is a nightmare; and the patient portal good luck getting a response from there either. I hate to move on to another practice because we’re very pleased with Dr Hoffman. But his staff and methods of communication definitely needs improvement.

Always very considerate and willing to answer any questions.

I always have a pleasant experience. I'm never rushed in and out and Dr. Hoffman thoroughly explains what is happening. I have and will refer my friends and family for care.

Compassionate and kind spends time with you and listens to what you have to say and explains in detail what you can do to control your problem

They are amazing. The staff and Dr Hoffman. Answered all my questions and listen to what I have issues with. I’m not treated like a number. Dr Hoffman takes the time with you.

Great!!! Doctor show you the attention at your appointment I love they have a CT. Scan in the office and you don't have to wait for your test results

This was my first visit to Dr Hoffman’s office. The girl at the front desk was very nice and checked me in right away. As soon as I sat down in the waiting room I was called back to my appointment. The medical assistant was very professional and nice. A few minutes later Dr Hoffman arrived. I’ve known Dr Hoffman for a few years from my previous place of employment and as always, he was very kind and caring. He really listens and wants what is best for his patients. I had severe unexplained Vertigo that sent me to the ER Sunday. Was referred to Hoffman by the hospital. Scheduled an appointment Monday for Thursday which in and of itself was going to be an excrutiating wait. They called Wednesday to tell me they booked my appointment incorrectly and Hoffman wasn't available until the following Wednesday. What a joke! First we scheduled an appointment for Monday, 02:45pm. It's supposed to be a follow up for my Fiancee after her surgery. Then they call and say the office won't reopen yet that they need to reschedule for Wednesday. They ask what time is better and which office. We tell them the afternoon because of my work schedule and the humble location as usual. So we schedule at 3:15pm. Today is the appointment and now they're telling us we missed it. That it was scheduled for 11:30am at some OTHER location. It makes no sense. On top of that they're not even taking fault for the mix up. They're saying he's in surgery this afternoon so there was no openings in the first place. This is all pretty ridiculous and I now have to miss work again for another appointment!! Dr Hoffman and staff are very kind and helpful ! I still have unresolved issues with my ear but Dr Hoffman has perscribed meds and is cautiously weighing the situation to decide his next step.

I’ve been going to Dr. Hoffman for over 15 years. He’s the one that spotted the cancer in my tonsil and thankful it was early enough. Been cancer free for over 12 years now. He’s the best.

Dr. Hoffman is amazing, his nurses are kind and patient. He has been our family’s ENT since 2006.

Dr. Hoffman was wonderful!! I injured my nose in an auto accident and went in to make sure everything was healing properly. He explained everything very clearly and was extremely nice!! Highly recommend!!

I was seen by Dr. Hoffman, he was great. I especially liked the fact that they were able to fit me in the same day for an appointment even as a new patient! My concerns were addressed and I was even given a sample by Dr. Hoffman to try on my way home to help me feel better. I highly recommend. Staff was also friendly.

Dr. Hoffman and his staff are very professional and great with kids. I highly recommend if your little one has trouble with ear infections, snoring, or tonsil issues.
